We stayed one night as we passed through Porto Alegre. Front desk staff was great & very helpful. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, extra blanket/pillow available. No safe. We found it strange to have no glasses or cork screw in the building. Rooms are quite small & very basic. The breakfast was so-so for our experience in Brasil. Located on a very busy street. Valet parking was available for a reasonable price. The door man was very kind. Overall, it was acceptable but not remarkable.

Vazamento na louça sanitária, piso banheiro com toalha de piso encharcados, me forneceram outra toalha, quarto precisa ser inspecionado equipe treinada! Um coberto fleece solteiro para duas camas solteiro reservadas, já que desci para pedir nova toalha de piso seca aproveitei a viagem para pedir um cobertor extra. Quarto quente ar condicionado trabalha bem não passei frio mas usei os cobertores.

Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. One of the worst hotels I stayed at in Porto Alegre. Staff were polite, but the check in process was very lengthy. The room was smaller than average and it didn’t even have a full bathroom, the sink was outside the bathroom door, on the entry hallway. The shower water wouldn’t stay warm, it would go from super hot to super cold non-stop. For that price range there’s better options in the city, a few of them close by.
