Schönes Appartement für eine kleine Familie

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat über einen Dolmetscher gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgelegen von sämtlichen Restaurants und Einkaufsläden. Zu dem schönen Sandstrand läuft man 5 min zu Fuss.

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Ferienwohnung ist von der Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu verschiedenen Ortschaften und Stränden. Einkaufen muss man in Avetrana, was zwingend ein Auto erfordert und etwa 15´entfernt ist. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und ausser dem Backofen (Sicherung löste regelmässig aus) hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Die Wohnug was sehr sauber und die Übergabe/Abgabe unkompliziert. Ideale Grösse für zwei Personen.

Ferienwohnung in nirgendwo

Sauber. Gut ausgestattet. Wurden von der italienischsprechenden Mutter empfangen. Am Handy der Sohn mit Englischkenntnissen. Der punta prosciuttostrand weswegen wir die Wohnung aussuchten lag nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe sondern mehr als 2km entfernt. Die in der Nähe befindliche punta grossa war zu Beginn voller Seegras und nicht schön. Auch ist keinerlei lokal in laufnähe. Ohne tägliche Autofahrt ging's nicht. Wir würden dann lauthals zurechtgewiesen als wir einer Katze draußen in unserem Gefäß Trinkwasser hinstellten. Wir haben wirklich Angst es würde der Katze nach unserer Abreise nicht gut ergehen.

wunderschöner Platz zum Erholen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben dort zwei wunderbare erholsame Wochen in Casa di Teresa verbracht! Unsere Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit bei allem , was mit der Wohnung zu tun hatte und auch der Beschreibung der näheren Umgebung. Wir haben eine Picco Bello saubere Wohnung vorgefunden, die Einrichtung ist neu und sehr gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen braucht und sogar Sonnenstühlchen und Sonnenschirm werden bereitgestellt zum Mitnehmen an den Strand. Für den ersten Morgen war gleich liebevoll für das Frühstück gesorgt . Wir können einen Urlaub in der Casa di Teresa unbedingt weiterempfehlen! Der Strand ist in Laufweite und die Terrasse ist sehr einladend! Wir kommen bald wieder !

La nostra villa si trovava in un posto silenzioso e tranquillo a 2 passi dal mare.Inoltre, eravamo a pochi minuti da Porto Cesareo molto frequentato soprattutto la sera.Un ringraziamento particolare alla Sig.ra Mariolina per la splendida accoglienza.

La casa è perfetta, rispecchia assolutamente la descrizione dell'inserzione. Ben attrezzata, pulita.

Proprietà molto ben posizionata per raggiungere le splendide spiagge di punta. Prosciutto, come pure per effettuare escursioni nell'entroterra. Ricordare comunque che non ci sono praticamente possibilità di acquisti fino a Torre lapillo oppure Avetrana. Il mini market del resort dietro casa è proprio mini. Periodo splendido per un ultimo soggiorno al mare, acqua cristallina "tiepida " e spiagge di sabbia finissima. Le definizione di Maldive d'Italia calza a pennello! Bella esperienza!

TUTTO PERFETTO

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione e fotografie. La camera ed il soggiorno con divano letto veramente comodi; così il bagno. In cucina è tutto in ordine e pulito, come del resto è ben curato e pulito tutto l'appartamento. Non ci sono mai stati problemi di acqua corrente. Il condizionatore è indispensabile e funziona a meraviglia. Il giardinetto è funzionale e ben sfruttabile. Nessun disturbo dalle unità abitative adiacenti. La spiaggietta di punta Grossa è ben frequentata, così abbiamo optato per la scogliera, caratteristica e poco frequentata. La spiaggia di Punta prosciutto (lido degli Angeli) si raggiunge in auto in pochi minuti. Come del resto è possibile visitare ed accedere (sempre in auto) alle spiagge limitrofe della costa ionica. Ristoranti, pescheria e negozi a poca distanza, partendo dal negozietto e bar del residence vicinissimo raggiungibile a piedi, per arrivare a Porto Cesareo, passando da Torre Lapillo. Vacanza che possiamo definire splendida, che consiglieremo sicuramente ad amici.

Perfetto!

L'appartamento (tenuto benissimo) è di recente ristrutturazione. Sorge vicino alla bellissima spiaggia di Punta grossa (raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti), consigliata soprattutto nei giorni del fine settimana, quando l'altrettanto vicina e più famosa Punta prosciutto (distante 1km) è veramente troppo affollata. L' appartamento si presenta come descritto nell'annuncio: camera matrimoniale ampia Zona giorno con angolo cottura (attrezzatissimo) divano letto. Serramenti nuovi tutti dotati di zanzariere. Comodissimo l'esterno attrezzato che permette di godere dell'estrema tranquillità del luogo. La gentilezza e i preziosi consigli della proprietaria la Sig.ra Mariolina, sono stati la giusta cornice di questa nostra prima vacanza in appartamento.

Everything like described or even better

The appartment was very nice and the communication with the owner was very good and we always got a quick response. We also received a welcome present. We were there in mid june and the home beach was not growded and very nice. But be aware of the mosquitos at night while sitting outside. By the way, you definitly need a car for shopping. We can defenetly recommend this appartment.

Una settimana di primavera rilassante e tranquilla

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di relax in questa bella casetta dove tutto corrisponde all'annuncio e alle recensioni dei precedenti visitatori: cucina ben attrezzata, un bel patio con ombrellone e tavolino, camera spaziosa, e soprattutto un contesto silenziosissimo: immagino sia davvero un posto perfetto per sfuggire alle folle di turisti in agosto! Ringraziamo Mariolina e Benito per averci accolti con simpatia e con grande disponibilità, omaggiandoci di un pacchetto di benvenuto e dandoci buoni consigli su come godersi al meglio la vacanza in Puglia. Consiglieremo sicuramente agli amici diretti in Salento una tappa in questo bell'alloggio!

Très belle location dans les Pouilles

La maison est neuve bien équipée et bien entretenue! Nous avons apprécié les paniers de bienvenue avec le bon vin et les petits taralli ! Nous sommes arrivés le soir et il y avait de quoi petit déjeuner pour le lendemain, c'était très charmant de la part des propriétaires. La période était très calme en avril et il n'y avait pas beaucoup de commerces ouverts cependant. La plage à proximité est très appréciable avec la vue sur la mer de la maison! Merci encore pour ce séjour!

Meraviglioso!

Descrizione e foto esattamente come da annuncio. Casa dotata di ogni confort nuova e super pulita. Al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci ha accolto con cestino di benvenuto! Nutella marmellata fette succhi acqua e latte e un assaggio del suo olio. A disposizione lenzuola asciugamani un paio di strofinacci, spugne detersivo per piatti... Insomma una stupenda accoglienza. Posizione adatta a chi ama relax e silenzio, mare facilmente raggiungibile a piedi così come un mini market per le prime necessità. Consigliatissimo e se torneremo in Salento sicuramente ci fermeremo ancora a casa di Teresa!

Magnifique!

Bellissima vacanza! La costa è meravigliosa!!! L'appartamento e’ molto carino e pulito. i proprietari sono molto accoglienti. Super séjour dans le Salento. L'accueil était super : les propriétaires sont disponibles, discrets et très sympathiques. L'appartement est tout neuf avec tout le nécessaire, très propre, quelques produits de bienvenue sont offerts à l'arrivée. Le fait d'avoir la clim a été vraiment un grand plus car il a fait très chaud. Les plages de sable fin sont à proximité à pied ou en voiture et sont splendides, surtout la plage de Punta Prosciutto qui est vraiment un petit paradis sur terre avec son eau cristalline. A quelques mètres il y a aussi un restaurant, une pizzeria et une petite supérette. Pour le reste la ville de Torre Lapillo et de Porto Cesareo sont très proches en voiture. Avec deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans, c'était vraiment une super location que je recommande. Encore merci aux propriétaires.

Semplicemente Favoloso!!!!!!

Una vacanza indimenticabile.....appartamento veramente accogliente....i proprietari e la Sig.ra Mariolina sono eccezzionali.....disponibilissima e cordialissima. Siamo stati nell'appartamento Acquamarima, eravamo 2 persone, l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort possibili, e molto pulito. Da ritoranarci sicuramente. Il mare poi...il meglio della puglia!!!!!!

Da rimanerci per un anno interoooooooo!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato io, il mio compagno e la nostra bimba di un anno in queste meravigliose e super attrezzate case che danno una splendida vista sul mare. L'appartamento è organizzato in tutto e per tutto, l'accoglienza da parte dei proprietari è stata esemplare, il posto magnifico! La sera ci si può facilmente spostare e torre lapillo o porto cesareo, due centri sempre pieni di attività e di luci e profumi estivi! Lo consigliamo veramente a tutti coloro avessero voglia di staccare la spina e concedersi un meritato relax con spiagge e mare da favola. I proprietari, lo ripeto, sono persone uniche...complimenti e speriamo di poter ritornare l'anno prossimo! Valeria, Sacha e la piccola Iaia (Gaia).

Vacanza stupenda e totale relax

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone presso Casa di teresa per il ponte del 25 aprile, gli appartamenti sono forniti di tutto (noi eravamo nell'appartamento Acquamarina), mi pare di aver capito costruiti di recente e si trovano a pochi passi dal mare (salvo bambini piccolissimi si può tranquillamente raggiungere a piedi) in una zona molto tranquilla in mezzo alla natura. Un soggiorno piacevole, i proprietari molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Il mare di quella zona poi è stupendo!! Unica nota negativa, l'assenza di una lavatrice che però non si è rivelato un problema per noi avendo soggiornato una settimana.. Da provare
