The property is in a great location, ten minutes from all major areas. Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby too. Communication and check in was great! The only complaint is the property is getting a bit tired in places and the floors were quite squeaky. Saying that, I would book again as for the price it's on a great location.

The apartment is really squeaky. When you walk, the floorboard makes so many sounds. There are also loose tiles in the bathroom an there was no shampoo. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good location but state of apartment was poor with stains on ceiling, cracked shower and toilet roll holder hanging off wall. Floor 2 was really noisy from music next door . Address given wasn’t correct - the property is actually spread across 2 buildings and me and my friend were in separate buildings .

Bathroom is more run down than appears in the photos and did not feel 100% clean upon arrival. AC did not work at the beginning. One of the managers fixed it, but then water overflowed from the AC into the apartment. Balcony for units in the rear open to an abandoned building.

Central Location But Poor Service

We returned here again because of central location and facilities and our past positive experience however we were very disappointed with parts of our stay. Daily housekeeping was part of our accommodation purchase both written and verbally but never happened and as we stayed for 6 nights clean sheets clean towels toilet paper etc should have been provided. The first thing we had to do was defrost the fridge as it was so iced up, the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and the shower leaked. The room supplies like salt and pepper had empty shakers, the dishwashing detergent ran out, there were no extra rubbish bags which were a necessity after 6 days and there was nothing to clean or sweep the floor with! We were unable to contact anybody and had to try to catch the cleaners just to get toilet paper. Totally different from our previous stay. Also the TV on the eisel was quite dangerous as it was unstable and moved around with a potential to fall. Having said all this we enjoyed our stay but these issues need attending to especially the housekeeping which was supposed to be included.

Établissement défraîchi, propreté douteuse (sur la terrasse mégot au sol et restes de nourriture sur les fauteuils plastiques) Salle bain mal entretenue (joints .. ,) douche pb d'étanchéité, vis à vis sur vieil immeuble en beton, en tavaux, assez loin de la photos des immeubles charmants de la rue. Accueil expéditif (homme agacé par 1/2 h de décalage par rapport à l'horaire annoncé). Très bonne situation centrale dans Porto, chambre mansardée spacieuse. Du potentiel, si entretien de fond en comble.

Perfect pad and incredible service.

Can’t credit these guys enough in the service. Having had a difficult and long journey over to Porto, they couldn’t have been anymore accommodating or gone out of their way more to ensure I got access to the property when I needed it. The room itself was spotless and plenty of room. The location is perfect and littered with places to eat/drink. I will be staying here again, soon. Great city and perfect accommodation.

excellent location, cute apartment. unfortunately does need a bit of maintenance - the towel rail holder was falling off, none of the powerplugs were working in the bedroom (lethal if you are missing an alarm for a flight because phone is not charging... ) Communication and check-in was excellent and the bed comfy. The view is nothing special but still nice to have a balcony.

It was a great stay here! Yoan is such a great and polite guy who always is there to help and very attentive! I highly recommend this place is well located and good value! Only let down is that there’s not elevator.. great stay!

Man hat auf uns gewartet. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht. Wir haben Infos über Porto einschl. Stadtplan bekommen. Herr Yoan Luigi hat sich bestens gekümmert. Da der Rückflug erst gegen 19 Uhr war, konnten wir unser Gepäck unterstellen und bekamen ein Schlüssel zum abholen. Alles in allem Gute Lage, super Unterkunft

De locatie was top, alles vrij nieuw en netjes en elke dag schoon gemaakt. Airco aanwezig en gratis telefoon te gebruiken., kluisje op de kamer. Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige receptie. Geen lift aanwezig, keukenuitrusting erg basic.

Spacious and Central

Yoan was extremely helpful before we even arrived with directions and best transport to take. The apartment was very spacious and made for a comfortable few days. Very central to everything and Yoan gave us a detailed map of the area plus instructions on how to find everything. There is a mini mart around the corner. Only downside was the bed was very ‘squeaky’ and the floorboards creeped rather badly not just in our apartment but all those around us apart from that we loved it!
