This inviting 70 m² two-bedroom apartment in Porto is a wonderful choice for families and friends looking for both comfort and convenience during their stay. Situated on the basement level and accessible by stairs, it offers a cosy retreat in the heart of the city.
The apartment features an open-plan design that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Porto.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery.
The first bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, all dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night ’s sleep.
Two bathrooms are available, each equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing all the essentials for a refreshing stay.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Fontainhas is one of the most typical neighbourhoods in Porto and also the area where you'll be able to take the most impressive photos of the river area! Lots of breathless views are awaiting you at this natural viewpoint!
This is the main picturesque place for the local, popular St. John festivities in June, a fantastic place to watch the fireworks on June 23rd and the area still remains quite authentic, with traditional restaurants, antique and second-hand shops and local families living there for decades.
You can really walk from here to anywhere in Porto city centre: Ponte do Infante, for instance, is 300 m away from Home, and so is Praça dos Poveiros, a vibrant and busy meal spot in the city. You will get to the great, iron D. Luis Bridge upper level, to the Cathedral or to Aliados Av., within a short 10-minute walk!
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.
The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
