This lovely 55m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and an array of restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The living room boasts a homely sofa perfect for relaxation, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. The space is warm and inviting, filled with natural sunlight that enhances its welcoming atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other handy utilities. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The bedroom is a serene retreat featuring a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable stay.

The bathroom comes complete with everything you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Located on the 1st floor, the building also has an elevator for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This charming area is within walking distance of attractions like the iconic Luís I Bridge and the stunning Porto Cathedral. For dining options, be sure to visit the popular Restaurante Abadia do Porto or grab a coffee at Café Guarany. This area is a great starting point to explore the city and all it has to offer. Plus, it is conveniently located near stations for easy access to transportation.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to two stations - Bolhão station, just a 5-minute walk away, and Aliados station, just a 3-minute walk away.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
