The sleeping area is harmoniously integrated into the studio and is equipped with a double bed and spacious mirrored wardrobes so you can keep your belongings neatly organised.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your total comfort, the building has lift access.

The energy of this neighbourhood is electrifying, combining the grandeur of historic architecture with an unparalleled cosmopolitan atmosphere. Step outside and you will immediately be swept up in the bustle of traditional fine grocery stores, historic cafés and century-old theatres. Just a very short walk away, you can explore the authentic colours and flavours of the newly renovated Mercado do Bolhão or shop along the bustling Rua de Santa Catarina — the city's main commercial artery — where you will find the beautiful and iconic Café Majestic.

Staying in this location means the majestic Historic Centre of Porto (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is literally at your feet. You will not need any form of transport to experience the very best that the 'Invicta' has to offer. Within a few minutes' walk, you will be marvelling at the grandeur of Avenida dos Aliados, admiring the twenty thousand hand-painted tiles at São Bento Railway Station, or climbing the steps of the legendary Torre dos Clérigos. To end the day in style, simply stroll down the picturesque cobbled streets to the magical Ribeira, where you can savour local cuisine on terraces overlooking the Douro River and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

As well as being the perfect base to explore Porto on foot, this address is an exceptionally convenient logistical hub for discovering northern Portugal. Being just steps from São Bento Railway Station, planning fantastic day trips becomes incredibly easy and comfortable. On an unforgettable train journey, you can travel upriver towards the breathtaking terraced slopes of the Douro Valley (the world's oldest demarcated wine region). You can also head to other cities of great tourist and historical importance, such as Braga (famous for its sanctuaries), the majestic castle of Guimarães (the ancient cradle of the nation), or the romantic coastal city of Aveiro (known for its canals and traditional moliceiro boats).

The property is located on Rua de Sá da Bandeira, in the centre of Porto — one of the busiest and best-connected streets in the city, with immediate access to public transport and everything within walking distance.

By metro, Bolhão station (Yellow Line) is just a few steps away, with direct connections to Trindade, Boavista, Campanhã and Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

By bus, STCP operates multiple lines in the area, covering the entire city and surroundings.

On foot, you can easily reach São Bento Railway Station, Praça da Liberdade, Ribeira and Mercado do Bolhão in just a few minutes.

By car, the Via de Cintura Interna (VCI) is just minutes away, making it easy to get to any part of Porto and beyond. Parking is available in the vicinity of the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro International Airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car, or around 30 minutes by metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are readily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be required to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been broken (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of a minimum of €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
