Lovely hotel! Large, spacious, beautiful rooms. Our balcony was right on the open square. It was amazing! The bar was awesome and the American bar tender was very nice and helpful. An amazing, luxurious hotel experience in a historic and super prime location close to restaurants, shopping, transportation and top sightseeing venues. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff is wonderful, and pampers guests above and beyond.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The concierge service was the best I’ve ever had in all of my travels. The hotel was in a construction zone, but somehow they made it feel like an oasis. The dining room is beautiful but excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Elegant hotel, spacious rooms with high quality furnishings with outlook over local landmarks. Ideally located. Access to outdoor terrace to enjoy pleasant Porto evenings.

Clean and friendly hotel. Great location to explore the city, but the breakfast is lacking for a 5-star hotel; at the buffet saw people using the same plates again.
