Stay OK, maintenance needed…

Location close to city, easy walk and many restaurants around.Appartment needs some maintenance, too many marks on the walls, furniture, etc. and seems not fully cleaned.Due to the high humidity there is always some smell, even with having all windows open all the time.Support was great and fast to solve some issues and allow early checkin and later checkout.

Great location

Spacious apartment in a perfect location. It could be cleaner & furnishings are worn, scuff marks on walls, the apartment could use some maintenance. There is no air-conditioning in the property listing, so not available in the apartment, even though units are installled. You must empty upstairs & downstairs dehumidifiers twice daily to keep the apartment from becoming musty during your stay. There is a bell tower outside one window that tolls loudly during the day. Access is up uneven old cement stairs, so not for anyone with mobility issues. The management was very responsive to our issues but some things can't be fixed.

Perfect Porto

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment! Location was perfect for us! Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed, The local market just down the stairs was so convenient! Easy walking distance to the city center and the river as well!

Great Porto Stay...

The duplex is a great property. My wife and I and our two sons had plenty of room. It was easy to find and access with the directions. The stairs leading up to the property are a little dicey but not a problem for us. It was close to the city and all the attractions and close to the river which is beautiful. The place was clean and roomy, however the reason we did not give it 5 stars is because there is a definite underlying wet, moldy smell in the unit. It is obvious they are aware because there are air fresheners around but they didn't really help. We did not spend a lot of time in the unit and dealt with it, but this is something that should be addressed. Overall we really like the unit itself, it's beautiful and spacious and very well located.

Beautiful apartment in Historic section of Porto

This apartment is really nice and has quaint views of the church tower. It's about 5 flights of steps from the street to the main level of the apartment but worth it. There is lots of room and and it is really nicely detailed. The internet goes out alot but we used our phones. It is a great place to explore the picturesque streets of Porto.

Besonders die Spontanität, da unser vorheriger Vermieter entweder uns oder FEWO betrügen wollte und wir schon in Porto waren und Ersatz suchen mussten, war TOP!!!

Short Porto Stay- location location & location!

We stayed here with our 20 and 17 year old sons and enjoyed ourselves. The property is big enough so that we did not feel cramped. Excellent location close to the river and walking distance to all the major Porto attractions. We did not have to call an Uber or use any other transit during our 3 night stay here. Loved the fact that the washrooms were so well sized however the drainage in the showers especially in the upstairs washroom need to get fixed. The shower overflowed if used for a long time so we had to turn off the water in between while showering which was a huge inconvenience. Also noticed dust balls in some areas. The wifi was accessible only in the living room area but that can be worked around. Overall enjoyable stay in Porto

Great space and location

We stayed here for 3 nights with 4 adults and had an excellent time. The unit is only a 10min walk from the main riverwalk in Porto. The upstairs is roomy enough for people to sit and relax without feeling on top of one another, and with the 2nd bedroom downstairs there is privacy as well, which is hard to find in European apartment units. The bathrooms and kitchen were well equipped and finished out nicely. Host was also nice enough to let us drop-off our bags early before the apartment had been cleaned, so we didn't have to carry them around town with us or find a locker rental.
