- Studio with 40 m2 ideal for 2 people and with excellent natural lighting. Balcony overlooking the typical neighborhood.
- The apartment is located on the third floor, it has an elevator.
- Double bed (1,90x1,40mt). It includes towels and bed linen.
- The bathroom has bath towels, shampoo and body wash and hair dryer.
- Separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas cooker, Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, varieties of tea, sugar and salt.
- Wi-Fi Internet and TV

- It is 10 minutes walk from the center (Allies) and located 200 meters from the main metro station - Trindade. Direct line (E) to the airport

Keine Urlaubsentspannung wie eigentlich erhofft

Für das Geld gabs keinerlei Entspannung in der Wohnung. Daneben war direkt eine Großbaustelle und die Lage der Wohnung ist nicht gut gewählt (ständiger Lärm und Sirenen) außerdem ging’s früh um 8 los mit den Presslufthammern. Wenn man sein Geld von der Vermieterin wieder haben will, als Entschädigung, bekommt man keinerlei Antworten zurück. Nettigkeit mangelhaft

Appartamento confortevole e molto pulito in una zona tranquilla e comoda. In 15 Min a piedi si arriva in centro, la metro trinidade è a 5 minuti. Paula molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile. Lei e suo marito ci hanno dato molte utili informazioni (anche x la cena). Parcheggio sotto casa a pagamento. Supermercato e pasticceria ottima sotto casa. Consigliato!
