All with this property goes terrible! Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients.

Primeiro dia sem água quente no chuveiro, ao questionar na recepção o atendente disse não poderia fazer nada e que o problema não era dele, a gerência foi acionada, tentou contornar a situação, chegou a pedir desculpas mas nada foi feito, água quente apenas no dia seguinte. Wi-Fi não funcionou em nenhum dos dias.

A faxina no quarto foi insatisfatória, a torneira da pia do banheiro é inacessível, e sem contar que a imagem da TV é arcaica, a piscina imprópria para o banho, a manutenção realizada não é suficiente para manter ela em condições de uso, e por fim o sinal de internet não estava disponível!

Não tinha shampoo e condicionador. Ao chegar, tive que solicitar toalhas e sabonete para o quarto. O estacionamento, cabem apenas 06 veículos, ou seja, a maioria dos hóspedes teve que deixar o carro na rua que é de terra e cheia de buracos. As cadeiras em volta da piscina estão quebradas ou parcialmente danificadas. A qualidade da água da piscina não parece boa. Tem quantidade insuficiente de funcionários. Não recomendo.

Minha estadia no Hotel Miola foi marcada por diversos transtornos. No primeiro dia, fui acomodada em um quarto sujo, com forte cheiro de esgoto e mofo, sendo impossível permanecer. Após reclamação, fui transferida para outro quarto, que também apresentava vários problemas: limpeza deficiente, Wi-Fi sem funcionamento, ar-condicionado direcionado para o rosto, mofo, frigobar quebrado, cobertores com odor forte de suor e presença de formigas. No dia seguinte, precisei reclamar novamente e fui transferida pela terceira vez de quarto, sendo esse o único que permitiu concluir a estadia, ainda assim com falhas na limpeza. A piscina apresentava água turva, indicando falta de manutenção adequada. Presenciei também uma situação grave de negligência com a segurança, com manutenção no telhado sem sinalização, quase atingindo um hóspede. Funcionários desatentos e mal humorado, café da manhã com pouca variedade e estacionamento pequeno, sem calçamento. A experiência foi frustrante e distante do esperado. Não recomendo o hotel Miola para ninguém .
