PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA no Ramada Porto Seguro Fujam desse hotel! A experiência foi um verdadeiro pesadelo desde o check-in. Reservei o Ramada Porto Seguro pelas fotos e descrição no site, que mostravam um quarto moderno, limpo, com cortinas blackout, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. A realidade foi totalmente diferente. O quarto que recebi era horrível: • Cheiro fortíssimo de travesseiro usado • A cortina era de madeira, deixando o quarto claro e sem privacidade • Banheiro em péssimo estado, com azulejos quebrados e aparência de abandono • Cama extremamente desconfortável, com colchão afundado • Móveis velhos e mal conservados • Poeira acumulada e sensação de total desleixo Tentei resolver na hora: fui até a recepção, expliquei que o quarto não condizia em nada com o que havia sido vendido no site e pedi o reembolso, já que saí do hotel no MESMO momento do check-in. A resposta? Um total descaso. O atendimento foi frio, ríspido, e recusaram qualquer tipo de reembolso, mesmo eu tendo saído imediatamente e sequer usado o quarto. Alegaram que “o quarto é padrão e está em conformidade”, como se fosse normal enganar o cliente. É uma propaganda enganosa descarada, e o mínimo seria a devolução do valor pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em qualquer hotel da rede Ramada, e recomendo que pensem duas vezes antes de fazer o mesmo. Péssimo atendimento Quarto incompatível com o prometido

Tivemos problema no segundo dia da estádia, deixaram uma observação no quarto que ficaríamos sem água quente, que ás 15:00 h voltaria, retornarmos da praia as 18:00 e ainda não tinha regularizado o problema com o aquecimento da água, ficamos mais um tempo esperando resolver e nada, até que fizemos a reclamação com a recepção e com muito custo conseguimos trocar de quarto. E tivemos outro problema no mesmo dia com vazamento de água no box do banheiro, que percorreu até no fim da estádia, e fora o mal cheiro que subia da rede de esgoto dentro do banheiro.

A estadia no hotel foi muito boa! Bom atendimento e cordialidade! A única questão a ressaltar é a foto no site! Pela foto tem-se a impressão que o hotel é pé na areia, quando na verdade a foto é do clube em frente ao hotel e é preciso atravessar a BR para acessar a praia! Não que isso tire a qualidade do hotel e do serviço, é apenas o que a foto vende!

As fotos do anúncio não correspondem com o quarto oferecido (triplo econômico). A torneira da pia do banheiro sai muito pouca água, pedimos para o hotel verificar e não adiantou nada. Banheiro não tem um porta toalhas e nem gancho para pendurar roupas e tem um cheiro ruim. Lixeira do banheiro sem tampa. Box do banheiro não tem suporte para itens de banho, como mostra na foto do anúncio. A água do banheiro tem cheiro de ferro.

Hotel de ótima qualidade, cama confortável, fornece toalha para quem vai a praia e fica em excelente localização. Deixa a desejar na qualidade do ar condicionado que poderia ser mais silencioso e funcionar de maneira continua mas por algum motivo o do meu quarto funcionava por um tempo depois dava uma pausa e voltava a funcionar depois de alguns minutos, barras de apoio nas escadas para os quartos superiores com risco de se soltar devido o local onde foram fixadas no mármore está quebrado um risco em período de chuva e um hotel com grande número de idosos e crianças. Café da manhã do hotel pouco variado mas gostoso, tapioca excelente feita na hora.

Hotel com potencial, mas precisa de melhorias urge

Alguns pontos da experiência deixaram a desejar. A receptividade, cordialidade e disponibilidade da equipe precisam melhorar. O quarto possuía três camas de solteiro, sendo que duas estavam unidas como se fossem uma de casal, o que tornou a noite desconfortável devido à junção entre os colchões. A descarga da privada não funcionava pelo botão — precisei retirar a tampa para acionar manualmente, o que considero inaceitável. O chuveiro também apresentou problemas: a torneira da água fria estava com defeito. Além disso, a abordagem constante de um funcionário na entrada do hotel, solicitando identificação, pulseira e outras informações todas as vezes em que retornávamos, foi excessiva e desconfortável. Apesar de ser um hotel de grande porte, com vários espaços ociosos, não há uma academia disponível — algo lamentável para um empreendimento desse porte. Por outro lado, o café da manhã atendeu às expectativas.

Hotel INCRÍVEL! Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei, instalações maravilhosas, tudo novinho. Cama grande, lenço umidecido no banheiro, kit com cotonete, enxaguante bucal e mais mimos. Quando reservei optei pela opção de pagar diretamente no hotel, e mesmo assim descontaram do meu cartão, não sei se o erro foi do app ou do hotel, mas eles resolveram numa boa, me ressarciram pois eu já havia pago em dinheiro. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Enfim, zero defeitos! Recomendo de olhos fechados.

excelente estadia

Area comum do hotel é excelente, meus filhos gostaram muito da sala de jogos, atendimento muito bom e bar da piscina com valores justos, café da manhã com tapioca feita na hora foi um diferencial. Os quartos eram confortaveis mas poderiam ser mais iluminados e melhor decorados.
