The Villa Gioia is a modern construction of 200 m2 with swimming pool, 5 terraces with views, air conditioning throughout the house, 5 bedrooms all equipped with flat screens and storage, 4 bathrooms with large showers and large spaces to live. The garden has on the heights of a belvedere with a 360 ° view of the Gulf of Porto Vecchio and a relaxing corner, a wooden terrace under the oaks.
The decoration is neat and modern. The living room is spacious and very bright, with large openings on the terrace, pool and mountain. It is an ideal place to relax, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center and at the same time close to everything.
The villa is located in a recent subdivision. The nearest beach is Golfo di Sogno. Cala Rossa is 6 minutes by car.
The shops are within 5 minutes walk. Have a good stay!
