Beautiful Corse

Great rental, spacious, very clean and well equipped. Easy access to local beaches, and local attractions (villages, beaches, mountains). Great pool. Private. Only criticism was that it was not as close to beaches as the advertisement implied. That said, we would recommend it to anyone as a base for families or groups of adults…..

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé

Vacances très agréables. Petit soucis avec la literie rapidement corrigé par le service de conciergerie ainsi que par le sympathique propriétaire. L'appartement est plutôt bien situé même si il n'est pas aussi proche de la plage qu'indiqué sur la carte. La présence d'un barbecue, d'une grande cuisine et d'une jolie terrasse sont très clairement un gros plus.

Oasis au coeur du Maquis

Résidence très agréable au coeur du maquis Corse. Appartement spacieux très bien équipé, terrasse ombragée jardin paysagé, piscine superbes. Très bien situé entre Portovechio et Bonifacio sur les hauteurs de Santa Guilia. L'accès à la plage est même possible à pied moyennant 20 minutes de marche

Schöne Anlage mit viel Platz und Umschwung

Schöne, gut ausgerüstete Unterkunft in einer sauberen Ferienanlage mit viel Platz, der Pool ist super und die Location ist gut gelegen. Jedoch braucht es ein Auto zu den Stränden, der Fussweg ist relativ anstrengend und lang auf einer recht stark befahrenen Strasse und führt eigentlich nur an eine kleine Bucht, welche in der Saison mit Gästen überfüllt ist. Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle

Tout le monde a été satisfait de notre séjour passé dans cette villa, elle est très fonctionnelle , il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner( couverts en nombre , cuisine équipée barbecue…), une très belle terrasse et aussi la Clim. Il y a une piscine commune à tous les habitants mais très calme et suffisamment grande. Proximité avec de très belles plages en voiture Palombaggia Rondinara…sinon la plage de santa Giulia accessible à pied en 15-20 minutes. Porto vecchio à voir, est juste à côté en voiture Le propriétaire est très réactif. À refaire

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel

Très bel appartement fonctionnel bien équipé et disposant d’une terrasse ombragée avec salon d’ete Et table de salle à manger ou nous avons passé une grande partie de notre séjour. Notre seul regret est de ne pas pouvoir aller à la plage à pied et de devoir prendre la voiture : techniquement faisable mais impossible à faire avec la chaleur et la pente.

Un super séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location très bien équipée et spacieuse. La terresse est ombargée et donne sur le maquis, idéale pour les repas et le barbecue. La piscine est aussi superbe avec vue sur les montagnes et un bassin où notre petite a pu profiter de la baignade tous les soirs de la semaine. Cette résidence est aussi bien placée, avec à proximité la plage de Santa Giulia (nous y sommes allé régulièrement en footing le matin, compter 10mn) et l'accès rapide en voiture aux plages de Palombaggia et de la Rondinara. Un séjour à refaire!

Super bien

Nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires Grace en partie au choix de notre hébergement. Une habitation très bien équipée, sans la moindre mauvaise surprise, bien au contraire. Proximité de Porto Vecchio, de la plage de Santarini Giulia, des restaurants de Palombaggia, sans oublier Bonifacio à seulement quelques kilomètres. Nous reviendrons des que possible !

Un très beau séjour

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine avant le début de la forte saison. Découvrir la Corse en cette période était pour nous très reposant. En cette saison, la piscine chauffée était un net plus qui fut très apprécié des enfants. La plage et ses activités nautiques est distante de 500 m : c'est un endroit magnifique invitant à se prélasser dans un environnement de toute beauté. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêché d'aller découvrir Porto-Vecchio, Bonifacio tout proches, ainsi que Sartène plus à l'intérieur de l'île : assister à un concert de polyphonies corses à Sartène (ou ailleurs) est un pur enchantement. L'année prochaine, nous y retournerons au même moment de l'année, avec la ferme intention de louer un petit bateau, de visiter tout ce que nous n'avons pas vu, et de jouer aux boules dans le jardin (à proximité immédiate de l'apéro ...). Un endroit et des vacances à recommander.

Très confortable et bien placé

Une location de grand confort : très bien équipée, literie très confortable, calme assuré, bien décorée et charmante. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce havre de paix. La terrasse est très pratique avec sa partie protégée et sa partie ouverte. La piscine non loin est gigantesque et la résidence extrêmement bien placée sur les hauteurs de la marina de Santa Giulia, mais aussi sur la route de Palombaggia. Nous reviendrons !

Super !!!

Super appartement spacieux, fonctionnel avec cuisine dans laquelle rien ne manque. Il est meublé avec beaucoup de goût et se trouve dans un cadre magnifique, calme et donc reposant. Quel plaisir de profiter de la grande terrasse avec sa partie ombragée ainsi que du barbecue haute gamme. Une douche extérieure permet de se rafraîchir ou de se rincer en revenant de la très belle plage de Santa Giulia située à quelques minutes en voiture et également accessible à pied. La situation est idéale, proche de Porto Vecchio, de Bonifacio, de la forêt de l'Ospédale et de sa cascade. La piscine est très propre, sécurisée, avec une très belle vue. Commerces à proximité Pour couronner le tout, des propriétaires très sympathiques et soucieux d'offrir un séjour très agréable. Bref nous recommandons vivement !

Très bon séjour !

Un très bon séjour dans cet agréable appartement. Nous avons été bien accueilli et Mr Mouze nous a fourni des renseignements utiles et s'est montré fort sympathique. Les photos correspondent à la réalité et nous n'avons pas été déçus. La location est propre et bien entretenue. Les piscines sont superbes et il y a toujours de la place sur les transats. Il est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse et de profiter du solarium sans visibilité avec les voisins. Nous recommandons!!

Location parfaite !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à compter du 20/07/2013 dans ce très agréable appartement en rez-de-jardin avec 2 jeunes enfants. Logement neuf, agréable, très fonctionnel, propre, literie parfaite. L’ensemble est bien équipé et conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse très calme sur laquelle il existe une douche très agréable pour se rafraîchir ou pratique après la plage. Evidemment, nous avons fait chauffer le BBQ à disposition. Près de l’appartement, une très belle piscine avec 2 bassins dans la résidence, dont un bassin pour les petits le tout étant sécurisé. La situation est idéale, elle permet un accès aisé à toutes les plages environnantes, ou encore pour les balades dans les terres vers Bavella par exemple. A deux pas de Santa Giulia, elle est située entre Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio, toutes les commodités sont à moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Pour couronner tout cela, la famille Mouze propriétaire des lieux est plus que charmante, un excellent accueil vous sera réservé. Nous recommandons !

Très belle prestation

Appartement très agréable, propre, spacieux, moderne, très bien équipé, climatisé dans toutes les pièces, dans une résidence de charme au calme. Une très belle terrasse avec barbecue d'où l'on peut admirer les étoiles, une très grande piscine avec des nocturnes tous les jeudis soirs! Cet appartement est très bien situé pour partir à la découverte de la région (à quelques minutes de la plage de Santa Giulia). Idéal pour découvrir Porto-Vecchio, la forêt de l'Ospédale, le col de Bavella, Bonifacio... et pour les plus festifs, la Via Note, à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Des propriétaires qui ont le souci du détail : des boissons fraîches et des gâteaux corses nous attendaient à l'arrivée, ainsi qu'un guide d'accueil très complet indiquant les plages, restaurants et autres lieux incontournables dans la région. En bref, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et vous recommandons ce lieu!
