Then the whole Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri area, with its popular beaches such as Barbarossa, Terra Nera, Lido di Capoliveri, Morcone, Innamorata, and Lacona. And finally the White and Green Coasts of Portoferraio (about 8 km away), featuring stunning inlets such as Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Sansone, Viticcio, and Enfola.
Far from the crowds, you can enjoy the charm of authentic Elba.

Apartment of approximately 40 sqm, located on the ground floor, consisting of a living area with a French sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower box, and a private courtyard equipped with table, chairs, and armchairs. The oven shown in the photo is not usable; instead, there is a BBQ belonging to the apartment.

Important Notes:
- Rental for a maximum of 3 adults + 1 child

- Security deposit (mandatory): €150; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM)
- Bed and bath linen: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; not available for on-site booking)
- Check-in at our offices from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM; check-out by 9:00 AM. A late check-in after 8:00 PM requires an additional fee of €50
