Our room had a big problem with the smell of sewage coming on the bathroom at the first night, making it very unpleasant to shower or even to sleep (bedroom right next to bathroom). We contacted reception the next morning and were told dismissively by the owner that someone would check the issue after we went out to the beach. When we came back, nothing changed (the smell was still terrible) and we had no message from the hotel. Asking again the reception, we were told that nothing could be done. We only got the change to another room after a lot of insistence with the kind employee of the night turn, which has to convince the owners to do the change (originally they didn't want to neither change or reimbursement the booking). Very disappointing experience!

The good things about the Alithai were the excellent swimming pool & the Thai restaurant which served good food. However I was very disappointed with the rooms, which were very basic & they represented poor value for money for the amount being charged per night. I would have expected air conditioning to be included. Also no toileteries are included so make sure you bring your own & a kettle would have been good

Soggiorno di 4 giorni in famiglia. Ottima location, gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e ben serviti, anche se la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata. Bella la piscina e discreto il bar ristorante, per uno snack a bordo piscina. Accettabile ma non eccelso rapporto qualità prezzo

Non avevo mai provato una esperienza di soggiorno in un residence la posso considerare positiva. Personale disponibile e cordiale visto che non avevano tutte le camere prenotate ci hanno dato allo stesso prezzo un bilocale. Zona tranquilla ed essendo l'isola non particolarmente vicina alle maggiori spiagge

Base come punto di partenza per gite quotidiane.

Belle gite sulle spiagge dell'Elba ma...altrettanto bello tornare il pomeriggio nel relax del residence per tuffarsi in piscina. Personale alla reception davvero cordiale.

Familievennlig, hyggelig og glutenfritt

Vi kommer definitivt tilbake! Her var det godt å bo, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale og fordi hotellet er ganske sentralt på Elba var det relativt kort vei til alle strender vi ønsket å dra til. Sønnen vår har cøliaki og det kan være utfordrende og til tider stressende på reise. Det viste seg at datteren til kokken også har cøliaki. Vi ble altså møtt av en kokk som visste nøyaktig hvordan man tilbereder mat uten spor av gluten. Fantastisk!

Appartamenti nuovi ottimi letti e mobilio in genere forniti di tutto unica pecca la doccia davanti al vc se ti fai la doccia se dopo vai al bagno devi asciugare per terra ma poca cosa ogni appartamentino ha il suo balconcino piscina discreta l'ho vista ma non ci sono stato così anche il ristorantino

Solo tre giorni ma fantastici. Bilocale vista piscina anche se avevamo prenotato un monolocale. Pulito gentili posto auto comodissimo e totale tranquillità. Da ritornare

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top (zu der Jahreszeit)

Anlage ca. 25 Jahre alt, aber top gepflegt. Appartment für 2 Personen ideal, für 4 Personen ok. Möbel relativ einfach, aber voll funktionsfähig. Nagelneuer großer Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Leider kein Backofen, dann wäre die Küche perfekt. Ruhige Lage. Bei unserem Aufenthalt nur ca. 1/4 der Wohnungen belegt. Hatten auf Wunsch ein "Eck-Appartmen", dh. nur einen direkten Nachbarn und keinerlei Geräusche aus der Nebenwohnung. Personal ist supernett. Rezeptionist spricht tolles Englisch und der "Hausmeister" perfekt deutsch. WLAN im Restaurant, an der Bar und am Pool i.O. TV im Appartment keine deutschen TV-Sender, haben wir aber nicht vermisst. WM-Fußballspiele wurden im Restaurant auch auf einem großen Fernseher mit deutschem Sender übertragen -> Public viewing im kleinen Rahmen :) Gäste vorwiegend aus Italien, wenig Deutsche (haben wir auch nicht vermisst), 1 niederländisches und 1 korsisches Kfz. Jedem Appartment steht ein Parkplatz unter den schattigen Carports zur Verfügung. Wir hatten zusätzlich einen Parkplatz direkt neben unserer Wohnung. Fazit: schöne Anlage für alle, die keinen Super-Luxus erwarten! Zu Pfingsten ein tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir kommen wieder!
