The location of this hotel is magical. The private beach is beautiful and idyllic, and everything at the hotel is oriented towards the extremely beautiful sea. If you want to swim and relax in peace, this is the place for you. Walls are thin so earplugs are good for sensitive sleepers.

Wunderbare Lage

Das Hotel liegt an wunderbarer Lage mit Blick auf das Abendrot. die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig. Das Pris-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Schade, dass die Hotelküche nicht in Betrieb war, so dass wir auswärts essen mussten. Nichtsdestotrotz kann ich das Hotel Viticcio nur empfehlen für eine erholsamen Urlaub.

Accueil agréable, chambre moyenne mais très bien située avec vue sur la mer. Pas possible de manger une salade le soir il faut prendre le repas complet. Coucher de soleil de toute beauté mais nuits orageuses et pluvieuses.

Highly recommended hotel in a beautiful setting.

Probably the best hotel with really taste breakfast and evening meals including a vegetable buffet to add to the main course in the evening. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and helpful making this one of the best hotel stays in the whole of Italy. The views from the secluded balcony outside the en-suite room were the best found on our interrail tour around the whole of Italy.

excellent accueil . Serveurs au top en particulier Antonio ! Terrasse qui surplombe la mer plage privée en descendant de l'hôtel avec chaises parasols et petits bateaux mises à disposition gratuitement.

Bellissima posizione

Abbiamo trascorso solo 2 giorni in questo hotel, ma siamo stati benissimo, vista sul mare spettacolare, bel giardino relax. Ottima la cena servita sulla terrazza a picco sul mare. Con piacere possiamo dire che anche il nostro cane è stato accolto benissimo.

Hotel con terrazza sul mare, 5 minuti da Portoferraio ma in posizione appartata. Possibilità di parcheggio interno e nelle immediate vicinanze. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Per nulla rumoroso, solo la mattina si può essere svegliati dalle colazioni per coloro che hanno camera sulla terrezza. Colazione abbondante che accontenta tutti i gusti (anche con prodotti senza glutine!), pranzi e cene a menù sempre diverso (ottima la scelta del menù all'elbana). Possibilità di usufruire di gite ed escursioni dell'isola gratuite.

Siamo stati molto bene: il cibo era sempre fresco e appetitoso, i camerieri educati e simpatici, la caposala una fuoriclasse che però non mi ha mai dato la ricetta del fan(?) di carote buonissimo e delicato, la cantante e la pianista brave e di classe. La camera da letto n. 8 sulla cucina e con solo il ventilatore a soffitto nei primi 5 giorni non è stato il massimo. Se torneremo e spero di si mi porterò dietro un condizionatore portatile. L'Elba è bellissima e dall'Hotel Viticcio si possono raggiungere tutti i posti più belli in breve tempo e comodamente.

Må ha leiebil

Et veldig vakkert sted. Det ligger litt for seg selv så man må ha leiebil for å komme seg rund. Grei badestrand, må gå ned en bakke for å komme ned dit. Renholdet er bra, god service. De er ikke så flinke til å prate engelsk, men vi forstod hverandre. Hotellet ligger litt høyt med god utsikt mot havet, stille og rolig plass, sjarmerende.

Me and my girlfriend stayed over the weekend. Small and nice hotel with very helpful reception and serviceminded restaurant staff. A small cove below the hotel with a somewhat rocky beach but if you don't mind walking/climbing ten minutes you can find a secluded cove to swim in. There is good connections with Portoferraio via local busses. Low cost aswell. The reception will help you with tickets.
