Thr staff was very accommodating and nice. The place is run down. The chair in my room had big stains. The curtains were torn. The hotel is very dated.

Looks run down. Worn carpeting, peeling wall paper, etc. View from room window looks like a construction equipment storage site. In no way worth the $200 plus we paid for one night. Never again.

The property was decently run down and under construction. The shower barely put out a trickle of water and the bed was squeaky. For $200+ a night, that doesn't seem like a good value.

Is kinda a sketchy hotel. We watched 2 employees (who appear to live on the property) roll in at like 11pm and proceed to spit on the motorcycle in the parking lot of one of the other guests. It’s a decent enough hotel I guess, but has a sketchy vibe all about it.

Property was convenient to downtown Portsmouth with just a few minutes drive. We could see the hotel is refreshing the rooms. Staff was friendly and informative. Would recommend for a quick stay and a place to rest. Not many amenities to hang out at the hotel for.

Checked into my room and left. This hotel is DISGUSTING looks like something out of a horror movie. The rooms are not as they are shown on Expedia, place has an awful musty smell and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I left and checked into the Hilton down the road, lost my money, and j didn’t even care.

I booked a reservation for one night stay and I had to extend my reservation for another day. Based on my experience the front desk staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about other accommodations regarding extending your stay The hotel is very clean and very welcoming! The hotel is located in the boarder of New Hampshire and Maine it makes it easier to travel for business our family road trips. I personally recommend it!

Good central location just off the Portsmouth traffic roundabout, adequately comfortable bed and not too noisy being close to a major traffic artery. Free coffee was terrible instant coffee from a machine. There are no free snacks or breakfast and the juice machines are all out of order. The ceiling over our bed was water stained. The whole property is shabby and unkempt. Remember the property being pretty decent ten years ago when friends stayed there but now it has really declined.

Very affordable, clean and convenient to downtown Portsmouth. Down side is it is under renovation but that is why it is so cheap. Very good place to sleep, which is all we wanted to do.

For a short stay this was perfect. It is undergoing restoration so it’s a bit noisy and in need of sprucing up but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff checking us in and out were so nice and accommodating We left early but they were getting ready to have breakfast available. Would stay again for sure. Very reasonably priced as well
