Unacceptable and should be removed off hotels.com

We lost all power and water while we were there and they blamed it on the city and after almost 24 hours without power/AC/water we had to leave and go somewhere else. They expected us to reset the power but that wouldn’t fix no running water.They offered us no alternatives for where we could shower or do basic human needs like use the bathroom and wouldn’t give us a refund and expected us to stay in extreme heat. It was really sad because the place was a cute 3 bedroom.
