Villa Arzilla 1 is a spacious apartment located between Positano and Praiano on the Amalfi Coast in a very exclusive spot. It has been completely renewed in 2018. You will be overwhelmed by the amazing view onto Positano and the islands of Li Galli. Pictures can hardly render it. Our opinion? The right place for a memorable holiday. The property provides free parking for two cars, a rare attribute in this area. After a path of about 500 steps in the shadow of cluster-pines and plunged into the maquis looking onto the sea, you reach a splendid inlet with crystal clear water whose range goes from turquoise to emerald green due to the 'posidonia' growing in its depth as well as to cool, fresh water springs. Everything is surrounded by rocks shaped by the wind from which you can feel the sea and enjoy the unique view of the whole coast up to the isle of Capri with its famous Faraglioni.
Villa Arzilla 1 consists of three double bedrooms king size with access to a balcony with marvellous sea view, three bathrooms with fully enclosed shower, two of which en-suite. There is a kitchen with gas cooker, electric oven, 2-door refrigerator, micro wave, dish washer, toaster, blender, coffee machine American and Italian style, washing machine, iron and ironing board and a table for six guests. Furthermore you will find a large living room with internet wi-fi and smart television. The outdoor zone is divided as follows: one small terrace with table and chairs, one porch with several sofas and chairs and one large terrace with a sitting corner with sofas, table, sun beds and sun umbrella as well as a dining zone with a table for eight guests shaded by a gazebo.
For your purchases you can either use the public transportation or ask for home delivery. The owner speaks English and will be glad to advise you. The house offers 2 free parking spaces. The bus stop is in front of the property. The next restaurant, La Taverna del Leone, is at 1 km.
