"The room was okay for one night. It was little smelly. The person in the front desk was not friendly, but did his job. It was an open space with many spaces for parking. Air conditioner old and outdated, but the area is not extreme weather, so opening the sliding doors with fresh air kept it okay. Breakfast very simple: coffee and breads. In general is good for a short stay overnight with accessible prices for the area."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It is charming and is in a good location in Capitola. It’s very quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. We loved the personalized breakfast that is served to every guest and the thoughtful details, including fresh baked cookies. We liked meeting the owner and were happy to support a local business vs. a chain. The only place they missed the mark is that there was no soap in the bathroom and the shower pressure was weak and the temperature was tepid. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Great location and great communication with host. The location of the unit is fairly noisy with the other tenants in the building since the walls are really thin and the unit is downstairs, but we knew that before going with reading previous reviews."

"The best part is the location to the beach. The inside of our room was wonderful, but even though a kitchenette is offered, there is no silverware or plates, or cookware, and just a couple of random cups and glasses. You practically have to pack your luggage as if you are camping in the woods. They will happily rent you those items.. Pay attention to how they collect their deposit. Normally a hotel will put a hold on the deposit but this hotel actually charges the deposit per night! which takes longer for it to drop off. The television didn’t work the coffee maker didn’t work and the key entry was a chore. "

"This is a great property with a wonderful open floor plan. rooms are extremely spacious. Great for large families and close to everything. One of the best properties we've rented. Crystal was very prompt in responses and the listing is extremely informative. On our next trip to Capitola we would definitely stay here again!"
