Podría haber sido mejor

Me ha decepcionado el tema de los masajes, que era motivo de decidirme por este hotel. En la oferta publicaban incluso masajes en la habitación, siendo la realidad que no disponen de masajes. A la llegada, en recepción no tenían constancia de que el hotel trabajara con hoteles.com, teniendo que presentar los justificantes para acreditar la reserva del viaje y dándonos una habitación. La habitación bien en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad. Eso sí, con vistas a un patio interior, teniendo los bonitos paisajes que se ven desde allí. Desayuno buffet normal si te gustan las tostadas. Muy buena ubicación a dos minutos andando del centro. Creo que el precio es demasiado caro para lo que es el hotel y más después de las desilusiones que nos hemos llevado.

No encontraban la reserva, tuvimos que enviar el email de confirmación de Expedia a un email del hotel, no les valía con mostrarlo. No sabían decirnos si el desayuno estaba incluido o no. La primera impresión no fue muy buena pero el resto de días las chicas de recepción fueron muy atentas.

El hotel esta bastante bien ubicado, dentro de potes, cerca de la zona de los soportales, aunque para llegar en coche es imposible por las calles, hay que dejar el coche en un parking publico a 5 min andando del hotel. La habitacion era amplia, pero a nuestra llegada estaba quitada la calefacción y la habitación era un congelador. Por la noche dormimos con tres mantas. El desayuno bastante simple.

Los establos , de las granjas de los alredeores de potes , estan mucho mejir que nuestra habitacion, si es que se puede llamar habitacion a lo que nos ha tocado tenemoa fotos pa confirmar lo que decimos

Es un mal hostal con aspiraciones a hotel

En habitación se oían todos los ruidos de los vecinos (duchas, conversaciones,wateres...) y calle, ducha no se sujetaba en soporte, baño sin plafón solo con bombilla e hilos pelados, la wifi no existía, al menos, en mi habitación, solo tenia alojamiento, menos mal...el personal escasísimo se dejaba recepción desatendida para ir a realizar tareas de limpieza con todas las llaves de las habitaciones a mano del que las quisiera coger...yo siempre me la llevaba no me fie...en fin relación calidad-precio bajisisismo...eso si tiene buena fachada a la calle...es lo único!!!...los trabajadores dicen transmitir quejas a dueño, pero que este no hace caso...le falta un mantenimiento integral de instalaciones y revestimientos o que baja en los precios acorde a lo que hay...una verguenza!!. Imagino que comentarios así le hagan reflexionar. gracias

The bed frames were fixed and creaky. Beds OK though. And the room and hotel were generally much more attractive and inviting than the online photos led us to believe they would be. The breakfast was marginal - nothing whole grain, not even muesli, only sweetened yogurt. Location was perfect! Gorgeous village.

Potes precioso, hotel desagradable

Reservé una habitación doble con cama doble; en el hotel nos dijeron que daba igual lo que se reservase: las camas dobles están sujetas a disponibilidad. Con lo cual, pagas más por nada. El desayuno malo: ni un único producto de la zona, café de melita y zumo de bote. La habitación fría, con pocas horas de calefacción en activo a pesar de los 4 grados en el exterior durante la noche. La limpiadora a las 8 de la mañana se puso a limpiar haciendo un ruido horrible. No recomiendo la estancia en este hotel, pero sí en Potes, un lugar maravilloso.

Runned down/Far from a spa

This hotel is very difficult to get to. The parking situation is very inconvenient since their parking lot is very far from the hotel. You are better off trying to find a parking space in the center of town. The hotel is outdated and runned down. Not worth the money. For what we payed here we could have found a much better room elsewhere. There was no air conditioning. We asked for a fan and it was provided, but the room felt hot and stuffy. Really, not worth the money.

LAS HABITACIONES Y EL BAÑO, ESTAN ANTICUADAS. NECESITAN UNA MANO DE PINTURA, Y LA BAÑERA SALTADA POR VARIOS SITIOS, SENSACION DE SUCIO Y VIEJO. MUY POCO SONORIZADAS, SE OYE TOTALMENTE CUANDO EL VECINO SE DUCHA. LA ALFOMRA DE NUESTRO CUARTO ROTA, LAS SABANAS Y EL EDREDON, CON MANCHAS. NOS A PARCECIDO NEGATIVO EL HOTEL. LA UBICACION BIEN, PERO UN POCO COMPLICADO PARA LLEGAR CON EL COCHE.
