"the hotel in great location just beside the main road into the city with excellent free car parking when you arrive just make sure you dont miss the gate into the car park which is easy to miss the hotel was nice and clean very helpful staff informed us about the bus stop right outside the hotel with trip into the city for two euros per person hotel was lacking a little in repairs such as bathroom handle about to fall off ? why not repair it carpets a bit worn in parts but overlook these points it a great value hotel with a great menu of the day "

"Very cozy and atmospheric place for a vacation. Beaches are easily reachable if you travel by car (by the way, parking near the hotel was free). The breakfast and dinner buffet was not very big, but offered a great selection and quality of food. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The website does definitely state its rural, so it warns you, but it does also mention that its just 2 buses from Alicante airport, and fails to mention the one hour and 10 minute walk from castalla to the hotel. Totally worth it, beautiful hotel to set up a retreat for yourself for a couple days, but people might struggle in the heat woth the walk if planning on taking buses"
