Hampton Inn & Suites Poughkeepsie
We found a bug in our bed. Using Google image it was identified as a bed bug. We went to the front desk and they relocated us to a different floor and upgraded us to a suite. It left us uneasy but we were happy the staff took us seriously.

It was a last minute stay and they were very accommodating. The rooms were very nice, everything was clean. Easy check in/check out. The front desk staff was very nice.
