"Amazing host. They were really helpful and provided a detailed document with recommendations of attractions and dine out options. They do have 2 lovely dogs on site Pluto and Laika. Very friendly. Breakfast in morning was the higlight of the stay. All marmalade/jams were made using home grown fruits and special bread from a local bakery (from Furnas). "Breakfast offerings were excellent but the staff doesn’t clear dirty dishes for the most part. They wait til you leave to clear the dishes. Bed & sheets are comfortable. Garden is a nice walk. Pool & jacuzzis are best used outside of the public hours. Parking lot for overflow is gravel & shoes get dirty if it rained. Not sure why the hotel doesn’t spend the $ to pave it.
