The backyard offers plenty of space and privacy for everyone, including adults, kids, and furry friends. Enjoy the sparkling saltwater pool and spa, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy the stunning views year-round! Soak up the sun in our comfy lounge chairs, show off your cannonball skills in the 8-foot deep pool, or enjoy happy hour with friends at the outdoor BBQ island while sipping margaritas! There’s so much to do here that you’ll never want to leave!

Parents will earn major points when the kids discover the playground and outdoor gaming area. When the evenings cool down, gather around the chic fire pit under the stars. As night falls, the backyard comes alive with ambient, color-changing LED lighting. End your day with s’mores by the fire pit or a nightcap while stargazing in the relaxing spa.

There’s five well-designed bedrooms, each complete with a Smart TV. Here are the sleeping arrangements:

Plus, there’s a well-equipped laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Guest access:

You’ll have the entire estate to yourself, including the gym, pool, entertainment pavilion, laundry room, and peaceful verandas. Enjoy full privacy and exclusive access to everything during your stay.

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Hosting an event? Let us know in advance—approval and extra fees apply.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free, just press the button on the remote to turn on the jets and begin heating.
• Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use.
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs.
• Hosting more than 16 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to additional fees and availability.
• Events and any filming/photography shall incur a minimum fee of $2000.
