This was a great overnight stay in Poza Rica. It had excellent off street parking, the rooms were clean, it was pet friendly, and they had a restaurant attached to the hotel which had excellent food and an amazing breakfast.

Personal amable, habitación muy limpia, pero la alberca se ve muy deteriorada... El horario de desayuno es muy temprano y termina temprano, en fin de semana es incómodo que bajar a desayunar a las 9 ya no alcances algún alimento que se terminó y ya no sacan más. También fue incómodo que el agua sale apenas tibia, nunca hubo agua caliente.

La atención, limpieza y personal excelente. Les falta estetica de su decoración de la experiencia visual del cliente y me refiero a todo Menos los cuartos. Los cuatros son bonitos y muy agradables. El desayuno te economiza la estancia no es gourmet pero no de cartón como en los hoteles de más lujo. Volvería a regresar.
