Hôtel très propre et accueil très chaleureux. Chambre très agréable, bonne literie, plateau de courtoisie et eau. Restaurant très sympathique et d'un rapport qualité prix parfait. Juste à noter l'absence de climatisation. Parle Anglais et Allemand

Property is very clean, very good for a transit airport hotel & they provide some toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities in the room, & water which is the stuff you might expect in a higher class hotel. Also there is a restaurant on site open till quite late in the evening. Only gripe was that there was no hot water when I arrived in the evening due to a boiler breakdown but that was an unfortunate coincidence rather than anything else

Jechałam do Poznania na mecz, potrzebowałam taniego hotelu na jedną noc. Gromada jest usytuowana niedaleko stadionu miejskiego i miała do zaoferowania bardzo konkurencyjną cenę w porównaniu z innymi obiektami w mieście. Podobało mi się wyposażenie łazienki (szczególnie mała szczoteczka do zębów i tyci pasta) i detale, takie jak małe lusterko na biurku, zestaw do zaparzenia zarówno kawy, jak i herbaty.

Wart swojej ceny!

Połozony w spokojnej części Poznania. 100m przystanek tramwaj/bus. Hotel jak na swoje 3* jest całkiem przyjemny. Warto wybrac apartament - duża przestrzeń. Na wielki PLUS zasługuje sauna czynna całą dobę i na wyłączność. Personel bardzo miły. Restauracja serwuje dobre dania. Śniadania bez większego wyboru ale smaczne.

Pokój bardzo przytulny, zadbany, choć trochę ciasna łazienka. Bilard i sauna za free, nie było problemów z dostępnością. Sąsiedni budynek wygląda na "apartamentowiec" pracowniczy nastawiony na sąsiadów zza wschodniej granicy, więc wieczorne spacery po okolicy raczej odpadają

Close to the airport

Stayed only one night. Close to Poznan airport (4km and about 20 PZL taxi ride to the airport). Hotel is located in residential area, so there are no attractions nearby.

Niewygodny materac!

Pani w recepcji nie była zbyt pomocna. Wypowiadała wyuczone formułki gdy poprosiliśmy o pomoc w sprawie bardzo niewygodnego materaca łóżka dla 2 osób. Materac w łóżku małżeńskim jest koszmarnie niewygodny. Aby można było zasnąć, trzeba było zdjąć materac i położyć się na samym łóżku. - Było znacznie wygodniej. W hotelowej restauracji espresso podawane jest w dużej filiżance w cenie - uwaga - 9 złotych!!! Drożej niż w dobrej kawiarni!

Disappointed at check-in, otherwise OK

My allocated room had a bathroom that smelt bad, as if there was some leakage of the soil pipe behind the scenes. I asked to change but was told that it was not possible because the hotel was full. The next day I asked again if someone could look into this but nothing came of it. Also, having booked in PLN, I said clearly that I wished to pay in PLN but the hotel took payment in GBP. The receipt stated that I had been offered a choice, that I had chosen to pay in GBP, that I had no recourse, and that the exchange had been performed by an agent called eService, who added a 3% mark-up. The combination of the agent’s mark-up and its exchange rate resulted in a rate approx. 5% worse than that of my own card provider. As a result, I paid in GBP approx. 5% more than I needed to. On return I e-mailed the hotel - they replied that this was how Gromada’s payment system worked, that they had no control over it and that the hotel itself had not made the currency exchange. I now know that when comparing prices at a Gromada, I should factor in 5% on top of the quoted room rate. Despite the poor start, the hotel had good points. The room was a decent size and quiet. Mineral water was supplied and replenished daily. The bathroom, though smelly, was kept very clean. Hot water was instant. Communal areas were cleaned daily. There was a range of options for breakfast. Breakfast and restaurant staff excellent; reception staff polite but not entirely effective. Mixed use area.
