Some guidelines:

* Arrival and Departure: Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out must be done by 11am. If you need to adjust your schedule, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

* Take repellent

* We only provide basic bedding (pillows and elastic sheets) so please bring your own blankets and towels.

* If you bring any appliances, check the voltage before plugging them in. Everything in Bahia is 220V.

* Please take your garbage bags with you when you go to the beach. And throw them in the garbage cans along the way.

* If you wish to change your accommodation, please contact our agents.

* Do not move heavy furniture. You could hurt yourself, and our cleaning staff (especially the women) will thank you for it.

* Always close doors and windows to open areas when the air conditioning is on. You'll also prevent insects and heat from entering the house.

* SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE.
*Throw cigarette butts in the ashtray or trash.
*Smoking inside the house may result in a fine to cover the cost of deep cleaning and deodorizing the house.

* Pets are allowed upon prior request. Additional fees may apply.


* Events and parties are not permitted.

* Please note that "Quiet Time" is observed between 10pm and 7am, this is a time for rest and relaxation. Please cooperate with us to provide a peaceful environment and avoid complaints from neighbors.

* Please turn off all appliances, air conditioning and lights when you are not using them and when you check out.

* Corumbau constantly suffers from power outages and we do not have a generator. However, our houses have been structured in such a way as to minimize the effects of power fluctuations as much as possible, with a three-phase system.

* Please save water and electricity, Corumbau is still in its early stages of development and needs your support to ensure that we all have a wonderful stay.

We offer 24/7 quality support and are 100% committed to sustainability and everyone's well-being.
We are in a cul-de-sac, where there are only our houses, in front of a green, environmentally preserved area
NOTE: ARARAS DE CORUMBAU HAS THE BASIC BEDDING ITEMS (MATTRESS PROTECTOR AND PILLOWS) BUT DOES NOT OFFER BLANKETS, COMFORTERS OR TOWELS. WE ASK GUESTS TO BRING THESE ITEMS WITH THEM.
