Decepcionante

Muito insatisfatória...na recepção nao explicam nada, somente pede pra preencher a ficha e pronto...tem que focar questionando tudo (horario de cafe, restaurante, etc). O garçom que me atendeu super devegar...esperei quase 30 mintios pra tomar uma cerveja...e quando fiz o pedido de almoço deixei bem claro que queira a carne mal passada pois no dia anterior nao havia falado nada e ela veio esturricada....e mesmo falando com o garcom a carne veio esturricada novamente e ainda nem veio a linguiça (tabua mista). Cafe da manha muito fraco...todos os biscoitos estavam murchos. Estrutura precisa de reforma. Jogamos no quarto o inseticida fornecido pelo hotel. E quando voltamos tinha no mínimo umas 50 bichos mortos, todavia, a mulher da limpez disse se trata de bicjo de chuva, mas era muito parecido com barata. Acordei sem uma gota de água, somente após informar no café da manhã a um funcionário que me retornou dizendo que havia acabado de logar a bomba. Enfim, hotel tem muito a que melhorar, pois o preço da diária não foi barato.
