This company changes its prices tremendously from day to day...I was only able to get my room for one night at a decent price, after that I left because the price would become 3-4 times higher, so it was a rather inconvenient stay. There were no problems with quality of the property or the services.

Metroanbindung.
Wery clean, cmfortable, good service. Just one think for older people - there is no elevator, and hotel does not provide the help with your laguages. All other was perfect.....
The hotel is located downhill in a residential area...no signposts or anything pointing to the hotel or directions....had to ask several people around to find it....
the reception personnel in the day shift are not hospitable or welcoming at all. they just check you in and give you the keys. nothing else. Only the night shift woman was helpful and cooperative.
finally, there is absolutely nothing nearby. it's purely a residential area with homes and empty streets. you need to take two trams to reach either some good place or connect to reach downtown prague. transportation is not expensive, around 1 eur for a 1-way ticket which lasts you 30min. a whole day ticket costs around 4-5 eur and is valid for 24hrs.
breakfast was good, but not a wide variety. internet was included in the room but only with a cable. wireless does not work in the rooms at the hotel.
last but not least, prague is beautiful and worth visiting. & Lebanon too of course, if you get the chance! :)
