Close to my parents apartment

Stay there every year when visiting my parents. It’s on Metro line ( public transportation is fantastic in Prague with directions I’m English and German), 5 minutes walk from my parents apartment.

Great single female hotel

Went to PRG to visit my parents. The hotel is within the walkable distance, fun, full of sports people, friendly bar and a beer garden. Even bowling alley. Great breakfast buffet ( extra charge) and on Metro line.

Great experience and lovely staff

I think it’s a beautiful place and Pedro is an excellent host and couldn’t do enough for me after l made a mistake. overall the quality of sleep l got due to the comfort of the mattress was amazing!!! I thought the food in the restaurant and breakfast was also quality and highly recommend staying there and I’m certainly be returning.

Pleasant landscape setup and facilities. There were several errors in my registration plus added taxes that were uncalled for and for which I should receive reimbursement. The hotel staff kindly recommended a taxi service to use. While they were fine, they still have yet to issue me a receipt. Another issue still pending with the hotel

Great experience and lovely staff

I think it’s a beautiful place and Pedro is an excellent host and couldn’t do enough for me after l made a mistake. I did however find a bug in my bed which could have been because l left the window open but overall the quality of sleep l got due to the comfort of the mattress was amazing!!! I thought the food in the restaurant and breakfast was also quality and highly recommend staying there and I’m certainly be returning.

It not very good that one have to pass through all the smoking people, when one want to go in and out of the hotel. There was a lot of snow and ice on the parking, not good. Breakfast was super.

Barbora is the best!

My stay in Tower II was comfortable, and the bus to Ceska Lipa from Duo is convenient. But *the* reason why I'll be back is the staff -- in particular, Barbora and Austin were so incredibly patient and helpful when I had a million questions. Barbora even helped me plan a very busy day of sightseeing in Prague AND put a ton of effort into booking me and a coworker a private car when we had some oversized luggage and needed to drive far. Both she and Austin were incredibly friendly and personable, and I had a great time chatting with them before heading to bed. (Honorable mention goes to Pedro, who joined at the end of the conversation but was also very pleasant and fun!) Everyone's English was impeccable, which made the whole process a lot easier for someone who doesn't speak much Czech. Děkuju, Barbora, Austin, a Pedro!
