Room was very clean, breakfast was rather abundant! You’ll have a hard time finding something for the price and so close to major tourist attractions and public transit. The spa wasn’t open, neither was the bar, but the breakfast was great! The staff were all super friendly! Most spoke English as well as other languages. Our only complaint was the heater couldn’t turn off and the shower door didn’t seal at the bottom causing water to leak out and onto the carpet. That being said, the staff were on top of it. We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip out in a couple of months. Thank you all!

Even for water they charge 140 CEK, which is around 7 euros. The bed was so thick and so uncomfortable. But personnel was helpful, and location is not bad. But hotel doesn't provide any 4 star quality service

Great service!

The hotel was very responsive and helped me with how to get from the airport to the hotel. Service was great. The key code for the door sometimes acted up, however. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked the long counter for toiletries in the bathroom.

The hotel and standard room is ok. Near buss, tram and metro. Quiet place to stay and 15 minutes walk to old town. We came to eat breakfast at ten past nine and there was no bread, no fruit, no cheese and no scrambled eggs. I had to ask the staff to fill up the breakfast buffé. One of the breakfast staff was blowing her nose, put the napkin in her pocket and didn’t wash her hands.
