Two days in Prague

It was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The hotel was kind enough and giving me the accessible room, which is next to the reception. There was a small outdoor balcony, which was very nice touch. The location is fantastic. Very close to the astronomical clock. the breakfast was also delicious.

What a fantastic property. Great location- a few streets over from the center of the action so it’s easy to get everywhere but not super noisy. The room was spacious and new feeling- we had two twins and could have done cartwheels in the room. Breakfast was solid and yummy.

Great location provided you are not by car. Nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. The staff did not tell us to visit the roof terracce which is a shame because afterwards I saw the view is probably nice. They also charge for left-luggage which I find over-the-top.

Great location for walking in old town however it was quite noisy overnight. Air conditioning was not on so rooms were hot unless opened windows and dealt with outside noise.

Well located but needs some improvements

Well located about six min walk to main square and 7-10 Uber to train/bus station. The rooms were clean and decent but the AC barely worked. We had it on 10 and barely cool…called and they brought us a portable AC which helped. The WiFi was also extremely bad, especially for Zoom/streaming purposes. Free breakfast was a nice addition with decent selections, but staff could be friendlier overall. Overall the location is the highlight here.

One of the best convenience of locations! The recipients are great! Especially the young big eyes boy! But the employees at dinning looked tired… nice clean room but the heater seams stopped working during night. Wish they provide conditioner ( shampoo and body wash) tissue box should be movable. The most important is that a laundry room is very necessary! Good breakfast! Generally this is very nice hotel ! I strongly recommend to stay in!

Great location but irregular quality of service

The hotel is beautifully located and their rooms with a view offers a stunning scenery of the old town square. However, the quality of the service was very irregular. Our checking was great and the last in the reception made a great impression. However, next time we arrived it was another lady who acted rude and ignored some of our concerns with regards to the poor AC (32c that day, and the room was boiling). Same goes for the breakfast where the personnel started moving things away 15 minutes before they closed which was an inconvenience for both us and other guests. All in all - some good some bad. The location is the major reason to pick this hotel.

Great clean and warm bedroom and bathroom, excellent breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful . Very centrally located. Some street noise from stag revellers on our first night, but clearly outwith the control of the hotel.

Did not anticipate the street being ripped up and nearby building construction, blocking taxi drop off/ pickup. Taxi to airport a bit pricy, but driver was good conversationist. Good breakfast. Location is good but need gps in hand to get out of the maze.

Horrible location, hard to get to by car. Reception staff is very rude. Gave us a key to an occupied room, then when we came back down and informed them, they tell us "that's just not possible". My only mistake was not taking pictures of the room for proof, our only thought was we need to get out of this person's room. They offered a different room but could not assure us that someone else would not get a key to our room. They have no parking on site, want you to pay them first in cash for parking and tell you to park at another hotel. Felt very unsafe after going into someone else's room and not knowing if that would happen to me. Would not recommend at all.

The staff at the reception were very rude and not at all friendly or welcoming. We were early so didn’t get our room until the afternoon. Which was fine but the way the staff treated us wasn’t pleasant at all. We were quite upset. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very polite and friendly.
