Det var rent och fräscht. Nackdelen med hotellet var att de konstant stängde av varmvattnet så att vi var tvungna att säga till varje dag. Frukosten var helt okej, inget märkvärdigt men bra. Man fick ta kaffe när man ville under dagen vilket alltid uppskattas. Annars befann vi oss inte så mycket på hotellet eftersom man vill promenera runt i Prag! Läget var lite i utkanten av gamla stan men vi tyckte det låg perfekt! ca 10min in till gamla torget.

Good but not quite there

Friendly and hospitable staff but a few niggles with the hotel itself. No air conditioning in the rooms, windows not soundproofed (cobbled street outside), shower holder was useless (needed replacing), and too much furniture in the room (room was fairly narrow anyway). Room door handle even came off the door one morning! Otherwise, the hotel was clean, WiFi worked fine in both the room and reception, breakfast was ok to get you going for the day, and it was in a great location for the Metro/tram routes.

Bra och trevligt hotell. Men sängarna var bedrövliga. Man hade ont i kroppen överallt efter en natt. Man kände fjädrarna.

Très bien placé

Emplacement très proche de la place principale de Prague (7 minutes à pied). Petit déjeuné buffet correct. Serviettes de toilettes et produits pour se laver à disposition. Rue non bruyante.

Lage zentral. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bad leider etwas schmutzig. Für Städtereisen sehr gut geeignet.

Dårlig renhold.

Hotellet var greit og lå vesentlig sentralt. Frokosten var helt ok, kom man 30 minutter før den var over var den lite igjen, utvalget var ikke stort men helt greit. La skittne håndkler på gulvet da dette står skrevet at skal gjøres hvis de skal bli skiftet ut, ser dagen etter at det er de samme håndklene som er hengt opp igjen. FIkk hotellet til å bestille taxi for oss til flyplassen, dette tok gode 20 minutter.Da vårt rom lå ut mot veien og det ikke er air conditon i rommene ble det veldig varmt i løpet av natten, mye støy fra gaten hvis man hadde vinduet oppe.

Hotel conveniently situated to Prague centre

Hotel ideally situated in Prague centre. Easy access to the tram & underground network. Hotel restaurant presently closed for refurbishment but good choice of restaurants or bars within a 10/15 mins walk from Hotel. Breakfast is buffet style with good choice of food together with tea, coffee or choice of juices etc.and provides a good start to the day. Reception very friendly and a warm welcome made. Car parking over night is available at the hotel for a small extra charge & suggest payment made in local czech currency . WiFi available throughout and good reception in my room Bank cash machine available 5mins from hotel.

More two or three star, not 4 by world comparisons

...and the bell tower outside the hotel whilst charming at the start becomes annoyingly constant noise. quality double glazing there is not.

Lage und Preis sind in Ordnung

Das Hotel ist nicht wirklich schlecht. Man erwartet von einem 4 Sterne nur etwas mehr. Die Zimmer sind wie auf den Bildern, aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Tresor ist im Zimmer, Fernseher mit 2 deutschen Sendern. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig (Fenster Richtung Innenhof) und auch sauber. Die Lage ist aber hervorzuheben. Nur wenige Gehminuten bis in die City. Dafür 5 Sterne. Das Frühstück könnte man getrost ausfallen lassen. Zum Glück ist in einer Minute Entfernung ein Starbuck, denn der Kaffee war nicht als solcher zu erkennen. Fazit: Als 2 Sterne wäre es in Ordnung. Wir probieren beim nächsten mal ein anderes Hotel.

bon hotel de quartier pour un couple

Hotel très bien placé à 15 min de marche du vieux Prague ainsi que de la ville nouvelle. Accessible en 1h15 de l'aéroport (bus 119 + 2 métros). Hotel dans un quartier calme avec superrette, restaus et bureau de change. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle mais plus proche du 2 étoiles français que du 3 ou 4. Petit-déjeuner buffet varié et bien garni. Salle de réfectoire petite mais conviviale. Anglais obligatoire pour communiquer. Personnel professionnel sans plus.

Close to all must-see sights

The hotel rooms do not have air conditioning which is a problem during the hot European summer and the quality of housekeeping is mediocre at best but the staff are friendly.

You get what you pay for

There was complimentary wifi and included breakfast which was good. Location is not too bad. But I went there during summer time and I was sad to find out that there wasn't any air conditioning. I also requested a non smoking room and every time I came back to my room, it always smelled like cigarettes. Its also a good idea to have earplugs cause the church bells ring out through the night and there is always some guys in the neighbourhood arguing at the top of their lungs while I'm trying to sleep. In saying this, I only was in my room just to sleep and shower. I expected a bit more from a 4* hotel. You get what you pay for.

Todella hyvä hotelli hintaansa nähden. Hyvä palvelu, siisti, lyhyt matka nähtävyyksille ja julkisen liikenteen palveluille. Käyttäisin toistekin.

Bra läge. Usel frukost och högljutt på natten.

Ok hotellrum och nära till gamla stan. Men frukosten var inte bra och personalen fyllde inte på sista timmen av frukosten. Dessutom ligger hotellet bredvid två kyrkor varav den ena kyrkan ringde varje halvtimme dygnet runt och den andra varje hel timme. Då det inte fanns AC på rummet var man tvungen att ha öppet fönster, vilket gjorde att man inte kunde sova ordentligt. Kommer inte att välja detta hotell nästa gång. MEN! Gå ut från hotellet åt höger ca 50 meter. Gå över till motsatta sidan av hotellet och ni hittar den mest prisvärda restaurangen i stan. ZAHRÁDKA Garden.
