Hotel was very clean although it needed a little tlc, especially the carpeting. Staff were very helpful 🙂 Breakfast was minimal, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. The location was the best part of the hotel. Completely centralized next to the Charles bridge and walkable throughout the city center. Would stay here again, great value!

Location is everything here! At the base of the Charles Bridge, safe, beautiful, perfect for an evening stroll. The small room was darling, looking out at a castle, everything was comfortable but a very tiny shower and no water or coffee so bring some to the room at night. Tiny elevator but it worked fine. Breakfast was fine, it's nice to eat first before heading out for the day. Language issues with the after hours check in was difficult, she meant there was a lock box on the wall and don't use the computer but it took about 30-45 minutes to get in. Very clean.

Perfect, central location at the side of Charles Bridge but also quiet at night. Room was very good size with seating area near to one of the 2 large windows, although bathroom was small with just a single shower, no bath. However, all was spotlessly clean with daily maid service for room. Breakfast covered all the bases but with limited hot dishes, if that is your thing. Fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, bread, ham/cheese all available. Free coffee in breakfast room after 2pm but no tea/coffee facilities in your room and asked not to take drinks to your room. AC was quiet and worked well. Safe in the room and electronic key cards for building and room access. Overall an excellent hotel for our 4 night stay exploring Prague

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and helpful, so lovely. The hotel was overall clean. The bathroom extractor struggled to clear the bathroom. A little noisy outside but expected.

Very good location. Quiet at night. Breakfast is good. Has elevator. Shower stall is the smallest I've seen - probably impractical to use by a larger person. No parking and possibly private vehicle access restrictions.

Daily cleaning of room. Fresh hit and cold buffet, good selection, changed slightly everyday. Breakfast room a bit small bit otherwise fine. Really friendly reception staff. Located right beside Charles Bridge so handy for everywhere. Nearby bars, restaurants and shops.

I loved the location of this hotel. The staff was very accommodating with helping us organize an early morning airport shuttle. The room was large and quiet. The bed was average- I wish it had been more comfortable. Overall- we were pleased. You can’t beat the location right in Castle District.

Friendly hotel with Best location

Next to the Charles Bridge, location couldn’t be better and very quiet even when we had a room on the first floor. Everything was as expected, the room, the breakfast and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

it's a great location, just what we prefer, close enough to main places yet quiet and away from all the big crowds. The staff is very nice, room was clean and had great view, breakfast was awesome, definitely place to come back to.
