Really nice location in the city. I choose because it was located close to a conference that I visited. I will most likely book at Hotel DAP again next year. True value for money. Above average breakfast. Fair price. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were so helpful and lovely. And the tram is conveniently right outside the front door making for easy transport throughout the city. Would stay here again!

It was a rather confusing building layout and a lot of doors to go through. There were 7 doors from our room to the sauna that was on the same floor. All in all we liked it. Convenient location for taking train to Karlovy Vary and airport. Quick tram to the good parts of town.

Good hotel

It is a nice hotel, in an excellent location. The receptionists and restaurant staffs were all friendly. The room was big, including a proper wardrobe, and the bathroom size was also great. Somehow the hotel still felt a bit dated, and the smell in the building was certainly an old building smell.

The hotel was exceptional. I spent 15 days on vacation and visited several countries. This establishment demonstrated unparalleled excellence in terms of its strategic location, the quality of its service, the range of amenities it offered, and its commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. They courteously considered allowing me to do earlier check in because I was accompanied by my baby. I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist, whose name I do not recall, for her diligent service and considerate attention. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Easy airport access, quiet part of town

Updated hotel, comfortable place to stay except during a heatwave... Most rooms get morning sunlight but there aren't blackout curtains and the air conditioning blew the air around without cooling it. 90% of the time this wouldn't be a problem but it wasn't pleasant at the end of June.

Bring a torch if in the annex.

The main main issues with the hotel was staying in an annex part of the hotel. The room was large and clean. However...the curtains were not black out and let in most light during the day and you could see ino the hotel at night. There are no plug sockets near to the bed. The lighting to the corridor to the lift only partially works and you need a torch to get to the lift. The breakfast was very basic. It feel like an office block turned into a hotel. Not very inviting.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff were welcoming and courteous throughout. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—very close to Metro, Tram, and Bus stops, making commuting easy and convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and well-connected stay.

Soviet era hotel...in all aspects

Former soviet era hotel/architecture....main dining rooms like a school refactory. Rooms are missing basics like kettle and english TV. Curtains let light through. A bit remote from centre.

It is proloblem that Hotels reserve more and more time for cleaning rooms. In this case 5 hours which is.20 percent of the 24 hours we pay for. I understand it is cost efficient to get everone leave at a fixed time and even be firm about not giving rooms at a fixed time. It is not customer friendly and I think more flexibility would be possible if staff was allowe.

Location that cannot be beaten

this hotel had the best location possible. 20 feet away from Metro and 10 feet away from tram and bus stop/. the property is a little dated. considering that you are barely going to spend anytime at the property, it will not impact your stay experience. the service was impeccable. the breakfast was vast. It was not great but then again met its purpose.
