The hotel was in an ideal area for getting around but was also very peaceful, the beds were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and polite, breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Nice location close to metro station and not far from AirPort Express busstop. Room was perfect, nice size, clean and there was a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Very close to shopping and around 15 minutes walk to the old town. Would definitely stay here again. The entrance to the building after 10 pm was a little tricky, had to use code/card to get in, and sometimes this was a little challenging to get the door to unlock, but eventually we managed.

Great Place Near Lots of Attractions

We did only one night here and wish we stayed the whole time we were in Prague. Very friendly receptionist and hotel has all the basic things, including delciious breakfast. Definitely worth it!

garden rooms nice. location was good nice and quiet but only short walk to main squarenot sure on the key code system as took a number of atempts to get to work on the main door at night. Breakfast had a goood choice

Nice central hotel

Very cozy hotel, with a small garden right outside the rooms. Breakfast area was small, but the staff was refelling and cleaning the whole time. Central but still not to noisy.

Room was great, very spacious with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. Quiet even though the road in front of the hotel is busy, the room overlooked a quiet courtyard. Mattresses were comfortable but the pillows weren't ideal. The bathroom was excellent with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent, great choice and included in the hotel cost. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Museum.

Looks run down from the outside but a lot better inside. All good apart from cold 'hot breakfast' Reception staff lovely - apart from the day manager lady. Not particularly friendly. Fix these minor issues and you'd get 5 stars!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I lost something and he went out of his way to help me fill out the lost form online. Thank you for being so kind to a very weary traveller. Breakfast was adequate and typical. The hotel seemed a bit dated, and the internet didn't work at all during our stay. There were very few TV channels. Routine cleaning was mediocre. When we needed to check out, there was no one in the lobby. Because my flight was approaching, we had to wait 10-15 minutes before we could return our cards to the lobby counter.

The hotel had a strong musty smell as soon as we walked in, which was really unpleasant. On top of that, the person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful, making us feel uncomfortable from the very beginning. I definitely do not recommend this place.
