Right in the heart of the old town Prague. It was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. Had AC! Had all the basics; small continental breakfast. Nothing fancy but we came to experience the city and only sleep in the hotel.

property is outdated but its clean & cheap specially it’s located in the center .. 1 minute walk to Old town square, 50 meters aways to high street High Ends Shops ,, 10 meters away to Hard Rock Cafe my fav place to visit in every travel.. with breakfast so you are not leaving empty stomach to start your day.. friendly staff and very accommodating .. will highly recommend this property as its budget friendly..

A very unique hotel in the middle of Prague. perfect for a group of 5 lads in there 20's. we were warned about noise after 10pm but other than that no complaints absolutely superb.

Location was excellent. Near the centre square. Very spacious. Be aware there are lots of stairs to get to the room. No problem for us, but it was a climb. Wifi wasn’t very strong.

Great location! Historic building. be prepared for 83 stairs (no elevator) to get into the room. Not the hotel's fault - just the way the building is built. Housekeeper is awesome. You have to go downstairs to get to the bathroom in this suite and the stairs are steep and tight. Shower does not have a door/curtain. Front desk staff is helpful except for the lady in the evening with a big tattoo on her chest. Don't expect her to be helpful. The other two are great!

Positive: Location Negative, No elevator, so you have to carry all your stuff all the way up to the 3rd floor if it room you get is up there. No shower curtain, so all floor gets very wet. Breakfast is so bad.. Hot dogs and cereals and coffee thats it.Irina, the receptionist is really nice and helpful, but the other young girl who works night shift is very rude. She doesn't even look at you when you ask her something.

Very bad, never go again

The luggage storage is only applicable on the day of your checkout. The building is 4 storey high and there’s no lift. Recep disallowed is to store some luggages in the luggage room, that caused us need to carry all 5 luggage to level 4. 20kg+ luggage it is no joke. With kids around, the adult needed to make multiple trip up and down. Even the room itself, the toilet is at the bottom, the room is above. So after suffer carrying luggage for 4 storey high you still need to carry further to go all the way up to your room. Even you want to wash your hands you need to walk stairs to get your hands clean. The room has very low beam, anyone above 170cm in height will likely get their head hit. There are only 4 little windows in the room, probably 1ftx2ft in dimension. The hotel is a full scam. Hotel.com showed the price in Euro, the accommodation insisted they only accept CZK. They use their buy/sell lousy rate to convert the room rate. On top of that, Prague City tax is only applicable for 18 and above. When selecting room in Hotel.com, anyone above 12 years old is considered as adult. Therefore hotel insisted charging all my teens with City Tax. Luckily I have email from Hotel.com that I can prove that I asked about this beforehand. The recep then called her boss and revised the charge. The recep was rude throughout, I told her I am going to give bad comments for her attitude and scamming behaviour, she replied “go ahead”. The breakfast is everyday the same.

Il primo impatto Ăš con la receptionist, simpatica e cortese come l'impatto con un iceberg! Non hanno accettato, avendo il pagamento in struttura, la possibilitĂ  di suddividere il pagamento. Struttura priva di insonorizzazione: abbiamo praticamente dormito insieme agli ospiti della stanza accanto con 2 bambini piccoli che piangevano alle 4 di notte !!!! Gli asciugamani erano sporchi !! Unica nota positiva la posizione, ma tutto il resto Ăš terribile!!

Vackert men missskött hotell.

Hotellet Àr mycket vackert utvÀndigt och trappan upp Àr vÀldigt estetiskt tilltalande, rummet hade mycket högt i tak med bjÀlkar, djupa fönsternisher, der var rymligt och hade ett stort badkar. Rummet var verkligen fint. Hela upplevelsen av hotellet förstördes dÀremot av otroligt dÄliga sÀngar helt utan stoppning, det var en utmaning minst sagt att försöka sova i dem. Vi kontaktade personalen men de hade ingen lösning annat Àn att bÀdda med de tunna tÀckena som bÀddmadrass - hotellet Àr liksom helt utan engagemang. Kan man vÀlja att inte frukost Àr inkluderat ska man göra det - frukosten Àr nÀmligen usel, torrt bröd, ljummen juice, ingen ost osv... undvik frukosten. Men i övrigt Àr prag otroligt vackert och hotellet Àr snyggt pÄ utsidan och har ett bra lÀge.

Centralt og stemningsfuldt

Stort charmerende loftsvÊrelse med udsigt til klokketÄrnet. Bygningen er fra 1409 og har derfor en unik autentisk stemning. Man skal dog vÊre opmÊrksom pÄ at loftvÊrelserne ligger pÄ 3. sal uden elevator. Det betyder til gengÊld at det er ret stille, selvom det ligger midt i centrum. Basismorgenmad: toast, brÞd, skinke, pÞlse, marmelade, smÞrreost, cornflakes, chokopops honning og musli samt smÄ pÞlser med sennep og ketchup. Uanset hvad er der virkelig en hyggelig stemning fordi bygningen er sÄ speciel, som man kan se pÄ billederne
