Very clean, spacious, relaxed place!!

The apartment was very clean, looks new, spacious for one person and you have everything you need(small kitchen with fridge, etc) It's a pity I couldn't stay longer. I din't have much time to explore the area, but the location is very convenient, 15 mins tram ride from central station, and a few minutes away from the tram stop. When I was trying to check in, somehow my reservation was not there, but Sona was really quick dealing with the situation and I was very happy about that. Next time, I want to definitely come back and try other room with a bath tub, too!

1;Das Apartment war klein und optisch nicht mit der Abbildung der Loft zu vergleichen (ca.20-30m2 groß, auf einer ebene)! Natürlich hat das Apartment seinem Zweck erfüllt und säuber war es auch. Es gab keine Bettwasche zum wechseln! 2;Es gab einen kleinen Tressor, der war jedoch verschlossen und somit nicht nutzbar! 3,Mitten in der Nacht, stand ein fremdes Pärchen im Apartment, da sie sich im Apartment geirrt hatten und es ihnen möglich war, mit ihrem schlüddel die Tür aufzusperren. Gott sei Dank ereignette sich der Vorfall schon in der ersten Nacht und ich nahm daraufhin all meine Wertsachen/Bargeld ect. mit mir!

Great apartment

Very good service provided by Sona & Pavel. Even picked us up from the airport and also allowed us to store our bags on the last day until our flight. We did find the bed was in a weird position and didn't have a headboard, which made it a bit uncomfortable sleeping. Also the shower seems to get the floor wet however you position it over the bath. Overall a very good apartment in a nice quiet area. Only 20/25 min walk to center, we didn't need public transport at all.

This was a great place to stay for a week in Prague! I liked that the location was close to public transportation, restaurants, and sights but far enough from the really touristy parts of town. Sona was in regular contact with me leading up to my stay and I had no problems finding the place. Sona gave me wonderful tips on things to see during my stay in Prague as well as how to use public transportation. I would absolutely stay here again!

처음에 들어 가는데~~와~너무 좋았어요^^프라하 어디든 트램타고 다니면 금방이니까요. 레트나공원도 가까워서 언제든 프라하를 보며 산책 할 수 있어요. 제일 높은층을 주셔서 하늘에 난 창문으로 날씨랑 별도 볼 수 있고요^^담에 프라하 가면 다시 갈게요^^

Why would you stay anywhere else?

I chose this apartment for our visit to Prague based on all the positive reviews. Now that I have stayed there, I can see that all those amazing reviews have been well earned. Sona was in regular contact and readily available leading up to and during our stay. The apartment was cute, comfortable and filled with thoughtful touches - including lots of maps, brochures and books about the city. Located in a terrific neighborhood that is far enough away from the crowds yet close enough to be totally walk-able (and plenty of delicious places to eat right in the neighborhood if you don't feel like going far). I could go on and on - our stay was so wonderful. All I will add is that when we return to Prague, we know exactly where we are staying.

彼氏とのヨーロッパ周遊旅行のうちプラハに初めて訪れ、2泊しました。 結論から言うと、全てに満足、特にホストが最高です！ 宿泊当日前からホストの方がこまめに連絡してくださり、チェックインまでスムーズにことが進むようにアパートまでの行き方などを教えてくださりました。 プラハ中央駅から行く時は荷物があったのでタクシー(ボルト)で行き、225クローナ(9€程度)でした。 到着してからはホストが部屋まで案内してくれ、プラハの名所や周辺のおすすめのレストランなど必要なことを全て教えてくれました。 部屋には必要なものが全て揃っていて、料理をするための基本的な調味料もあったので朝ごはんは自炊しました。 (部屋はアパートメントの最上階で、エレベーターはありましたが、ロフトまでの階段などちょっとした階段も辛い足の悪い方には少ししんどいかもしれません。) 立地はSparta駅から徒歩5分以内で、Sparta駅にはいろんな方向のトラムが出てるので移動はとても便利でした。(中央駅までの直行も出てるので帰りはトラムを利用しました。) ちなみにSparta駅のそばにはプラハで最も有名なサッカーチームのスタジアムがあり、毎週日曜に試合が開催されているようです。 スタジアムのショップの人に聞くと、チケットは発売してすぐに売り切れるから定価でチケットを買うのは難しいけど、試合が始まる前にスタジアム周辺でチケットを高値で売ってる人がいるからその人たちから買うことはできるんじゃないって感じでした。 スタジアムはアパートメントの目の前にあるので、サッカー好きな方は検討してみてはいかがでしょうか。 今回プラハに初めて訪れましたが、本当に魅力的な街で、食べ物も美味しく物価も安く、人も優しく、プラハの虜になりました。 そしてまたプラハに来る時はこのアパートメントを是非利用したいです。 コスパ最高です！おすすめの宿です。

Tolle Wohnung

Ich war nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung, jedoch war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Sona hat mich gut eingewiesen und mir noch einige Tips für meinen Aufenthalt in Prag gegeben. Ich kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Bezproblémový pobyt v čistém podkrovním apartmánu.

Velmi vstřícná majitelka. Apartmán pěkný a opravdu čistý. Ten jeden bodík dolů v kolonce "pohodlí" dávám za chybějící aspoň malinké noční stolky u postele - telefon, kapesník, vodu, vše si musíte položit na zem (a protože postel je příjemně vysoká, tak třeba ranní "skok" dolů k budíku člověka trochu rozhodí... :-) ). Jinak my měli teplotu dobrou (duben), ale myslím, že v létě to podkroví bude vhodné jen pro skutečné milovníky horka.

Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Wohnung hat eine unglaublich gute Lage, um die Stadt zu Fuß/per Bahn zu erkunden. Außerdem ist ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. Küche ist vorhanden und funktional (obwohl ein paar mehr scharfe Messer nicht schaden würden). Gute Ausstattung (Küche, Apple TV mit Netflix, gemütliches Bett, Sofa, Schränke, Badezimmer (mit cooler Dusche)). Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Zeer fijn appartement net buiten het centrum van Praag. Rustig gelegen. Prima communicatie met de verhuurder( Sona). Ze gaf vele suggesties over restaurants,cafe’s en vele bezienswaardigheden/uitkijkpunten. Het appartement zelf is ruim(loft) en heeft naar mijn idee alles om je thuis te voelen op reis. Ik zou hier zo weer boeken als ik in Praag ben

By far the nicest property I've stayed in. I could happily live there for 6 months. Excellent value as well. 25 minutes to Old Town Square and a short walk from Sparta Prague's stadium. Sona is an excellent host. I'd definitely be staying there again (if it's not already booked!)

Moderne loftsleilighet beliggende i boligstrøket Letna, rett ved Sparta Prahas hjemmestadion. Kort vei til kollektivtransport, og kort gange til sentrum via parken. Leiligheten hadde alt av utstyr man trengte, samt TV og Apple-Tv + Wifi.
