Very convenient location, especially for family with young kids. I love the towel warmer! Only complaint would be the breakfast hour.

The location is excellent! We had a pleasant stay during one of the hottest times of the year. Thankfully, they had an air conditioner.

The location is fantastic. The room is nice and big. The bed is ok. It was almost bright enough to read a book even with all of the curtains closed. There are three and three more would be enough to make it dark. Breakfast was good. The check-in was confusing. There were two different locations. One for the office and a different entrance to the rooms.

The location and staff upon checking in were great. The room and hotel area were ok but not secure as we found a homeless person sleeping in the hall next to the security door. Need to fix the big security doors from the street to prevent this from happening again.

Location was perfect. Check in was confusing. Needed info on where to go to check in. Office was a few buildings down the street. Had to ask a restaurant if they knew where we were suppose to be. Otherwise once we got settled room was fine. Room did have air-conditioning, good thing since street noise was loud.

Great quality-price ratio and amazing location!

A great spot in the heart of the old town, making it easy to walk to nearly all the main attractions. The place was calm, warm and somehow, cozy.

I liked the location, very close to major attractions. It also had good beds for the family of four which is rare for European hotels from my experience. The property is a little bit dated but is good for the price.

Excelllent hotel. I checked in late as my flight did not arrive until 930pm and check in was up until 10pm and the staff waited for me until I arrived at the hotel to get my room the first night. Excellent location, walkable to all of Old Town Prague.

Good, acceptably clean hotel just a six-seven minute walk away from the Old Town square. Very safe (has a separate huge door to the property which can be opened only by an access key later in the night) and close to lots of dining options. Located in the heart of the city. Room and bathroom are pretty dated however and could use some decent remodeling. If your main choice is a great location to explore Prague, this hotel is a good choice.

Great location, close to sightseeing attractions. The building itself has some history I believe. Room right next to the busy road, it was noisy at weekends nights. I thought there’s a washing machine as it shows on the list of room facilities, but there’s no laundry option at all. And no shampoo.

Nice, spacious room. Good location. One male staff member could have been nicer. There were a lot of noise from housekeeping in the morning, from doors shutting at night, and of someone in a room above stamping in the floor all day and night. Air dryer stopped working the last morning and the soap in the shower ran out after only two showers.

Lovely hotel in the center of Prague

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The hotel is located in the center of Prague which means that majority of attractions are in a walking distance (if you’re up for walking a couple of kilometers). The hotel is also located close to public transportation so it’s easy to get around - also transport to the airport. We got our room almost 3 hours before check-in time, such service minded and friendly staff! They have a mini fridge so you can store some groceries. There’s no air condition but if you open the windows and afterwards turn on the floor ventilator in the night it’s no problem :-)

The location to tour old town, the room and staff are great. But most rooms have windows that face the street on the 2nd floor. And in the summer, with no a/c, you gotta open the windows or sweat. And people are really loud until 2-3am. Even weekdays. I won’t stay here again. You can’t sleep, even with earplugs.
