"The resort was very clean and the staff were very friendly. It was down season and the resort was very peaceful. It was great to have a washer in the room complete with a drying rack. We were particularly impressed with the Manager who took charged and faced a bit of an issue head on. There was a miscommunication around some maintenance after a call was made to the front desk. The manager took ownership of it, investigated the issue and came out of her way to come speak to us directly. She was professional, listened, apologized and made it right. I work in the service industry and this really stood out to me in a positive way. I would recommend this location if you are looking to step out of the hustle and bustle of the other cities and still be close to the action! You’re a quick drive away!"

"This hotel is located 5min by foot to the beach, where we were able to see beautiful sunsets everyday. I love the spa and the swimming pool that they have. They also have a tennis court but I didn’t have the chance to use this time. Every staff we encountered during our stay was kind and helpful. Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future !"

"The property was great and a good location. Walking distance to many amenities and short drives to more touristy options. There was a large public beach close by and the pool was so nice (though it didn’t really have a shallow end). My only issue was the entire property is self stocking so when we arrived only a few bathrooms had things like soap and toilet paper, so we had to immediately run out. And there weren’t enough chairs at the outdoor table. We had an issue with the GPS finding the address, but we were able to figure it out from the images. Someone came by to check in on us this first day as well which was nice"

"An amazing 2 week stay for 6 Adults and 2 Children (11 & 5) pool was lovely and outdoor BBQ area made a great evening, outdoor Shower & Toilet also made it very handy especially with the Children, supermarket 5 minutes walk away that was always plenty stocked, Fusion Sports Bar was fantastic, with great food & a nice arcade area for the kids (take some 1 coins, although bar was always happy to change up some coins) 2 pool tables and an ice hockey machine also, Karen was very Helpful with booking tours etc and also helped us to book a minibus for a day trip to the water park which is well worth a visit, Beach less that 10 minutes away and there is a place where you can book Jet Ski hire & water activities very easily, Host Olivia always helpful and prompt in replies & Algarve Vacations were fantastic helping us with any needs we had promptly and very quickly, would not hesitate to go back, also there is a Chinese Resturant 5 minutes walk from Villa who also do Take always and the food was amazing. Thank You everyone for making our Summer Holiday special making lots of memories, we used Uber a couple of times which was very easy with the Uber App to get into Albufeira Old Town which for us was under 18 for both ways every time we went, this was great for Breakfast and shopping and also good to eat out in the evening and have a few Drinks, Thank You, Mark C"
