"Séjour très décevant, le pire de nos trois semaines au Brésil. Impossible de joindre l’établissement avant mon arrivée malgré plusieurs tentatives quelques semaines en avance. Une fois sur place, on avait l’impression de déranger le personnel. La propreté de la chambre est discutable et, comble du manque de service, le ménage n'est pas fait durant le séjour de trois nuits. Côté restauration, le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose certains produits pas frais, voire carrément avariés. Pour votre confort et votre santé, passez votre chemin!"

The staff could not have been better and more accommodating, the common area is great, the food is great, and the property is absolutely stunning. The staff helped us book a boat day around the island that we’ll remember forever. I would recommend to anyone who is traveling to the island."
