A localização é uma área afastada dos estabelecimentos comerciais, o que necessita do serviço de táxi constantemente, mas é praticamente beira mar da praia da Conceição. A estadia não foi como esperava, pois as instalações precisam de melhorias urgentes. Na porta de acesso ao quarto existia espaços que facilitava a entrada de mosquitos.
