Apt. high standard, 8 people, 2 parking spaces, large living room, individual fans, LCD TV 40 "(living room), 32" LCD TV. balcony with barbecue, with total view to the sea. It has fans in the rooms. No pets, even small ones. Smoking is not allowed on the common grounds of the condominium. The rent corresponds only to the use of the apartment, common areas and parking spaces.
