Decepcionante

A princípio, esse apartamento cobertura parecia promissor. Espaçoso, bem decorado nas fotos e com boas avaliações antigas no VRBO, aparentava ser aconchegante. Contudo, nossa experiência revelou vários problemas. Logo ao chegar, identificamos mofo por várias paredes e teto. Dos quatro aparelhos de ar-condicionado, dois estavam quebrados, e, embora a proprietária soubesse de um deles, apenas deixou um ventilador como solução, avisando apenas no dia da viagem. Na cozinha, o freezer não funcionava e não fomos avisados. A sala apresentava luzes piscando e, em dias de chuva, goteiras molhavam o ambiente. Essa infiltração também causou curtos que desarmavam o disjuntor, impedindo o uso de algumas lâmpadas. A piscina da cobertura estava em estado deplorável, com água verde e suja. O teto retrátil da área externa não funcionava, comprometendo o espaço. Encontramos armários sujos, com poeira e insetos. Utensílios de cozinha estavam empoeirados, reforçando a sensação de abandono. Não havia varal para roupas molhadas, e as TVs dos quartos não funcionavam corretamente (uma nem ligou, e outra não existia, apesar das fotos). A churrasqueira estava inutilizável, e as mobílias externas estavam desgastadas ou ausentes, como os sofás. Os colchões e travesseiros cheiravam a urina e mofo, com manchas visíveis, tornando o descanso desconfortável. Três crianças adoeceram com vômito e diarreia durante e após a estadia, possivelmente pelas condições insalubres.Apesar da boa recepção

O apto é bem completo, com tudo que você precisa, o check in muito tranquilo, e fácil comunicação com a Debora. Apartamento super organizado, limpo, arejado, e confortável, ar em tds os cômodos, tudo que vc precisar lá tem não precisa se preocupar com nada! Muito melhor que nas fotos. O deck da piscina e área da churrasqueira me surpreenderam é maravilhoso e totalmente privativo, perfeitos para confraternização. A localização é ótima perto da praia, perto de supermercados, restaurantes, lanchonetes e barzinhos, apenas a 1 quarteirão. O zelador do prédio foi muito atencioso e prestativo, segurança total! Os proprietários Debora e Marcelo foram super atenciosos e simpáticos com varias dicas, superou nossas expectativas. Voltaremos!!! Muito obrigado por tudo!!!
