The room was well appointed and very clean when my wife and I arrived. Lucy, who worked in the breakfast room was so friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel twice on our trip to Wisconsin; one night on the way up and one night on the way back. The person working the front desk was courteous and helpful both stays also.

I wanted to find a place to get away for a day and relax. The hotel was great. There wasn't alot of people there so i had the pool all to myself. rooms are very modern and beds are super comfortable. I stayed in a king size suite and would definitely stay there again. The free breakfast in the morning was also a great added bonus.

We love this hotel! We've stayed 2-3 times in the last couple of years. This last time was the best, starting with Michelle, who checked us into the hotel. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, and just great in representing the hotel. Our room was fantastic, beds were so comfortable even after a full day at Adventureland. The shower had multiple adjustments, and it had these awesome shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps on the wall of the shower - they smelled wonderful! The pool/whirlpool...

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely beautiful historic building with a grand scale and fully updated modern rooms. The design and comfort is impeccable. Large room and bathroom, but not so large that it isn’t cozy. Perfect in my opinion. The onsite dining options are fantastic for world class breakfast lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. I arrived at the hotel early evening from a party at the Casino. The check in was quick and smooth; went to my room and turned in. I was surprised how quiet the place was. AC was working well, in fact, I had to turn it down because the room was a little too cool for me. I would stay there again.

The staff was so friendly! This hotel is modern and so clean! Our room is as very nice and the pool was perfect! The water was warm and felt so good after a long day at an amusement park. A grab and go breakfast was provided which included muffins, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, yogurt, oatmeal and fruit. Great morning starter for our family! The ratings for this hotel are spot on, I’d stay at this hotel again!
