"Pool pump had cut wire on it and wasn’t working. Host said couldn’t fix until maybe Monday when we arrived Saturday. Which meant no circulation of water and no heat for pool or hot tub. Not as listed. VRBO helped us find a different property. To be honest the house is a very nice house, just not maintained well. Host was not willing to refund. Would not recommend staying here unless different host takes over property. Stay at your own risk. "

"Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The house needs some general maintenance and fixing, for example the outside porch and patio roofs were leaking, and there are rotted boards on deck and dock. The kitchen could be better stocked with kitchen necessities, i.e. frying pans and baking pans. "

"We had a great time here. The View was amazing! We saw dolphins! The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The Host was welcoming and responsive. Would recommend and we will be back."

"The communication of the host was very good! Wish we were able to check in before 4PM. I was in touch with the rental agent the day of when our plane landed and she never got back to me. However, she did provide the access code earlier that day. The location was excellent - very close to our friends. I didn’t see the fire pit that was mentioned in the yard - not that we were going to use it. Having the garage was helpful as it poured down rain one day and I have currently have mobility issues. I would stay there again and recommend for those who want to be close to airport and Punta Gorda downtown. "

"Tom was a great Host. He responded to e-mail quickly. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Three TV's. We had a couple issues with the pool. Those issues were resolved by the host and the pool was back in use. The neighborhood was very walkable, safe and friendly. "
