"Clean rooms, great service, really good breakfast, great staff, and a great floor show. The bar was a fun scene. Dated rooms with funky lighting. One thing to be aware of is that not all rooms have a ski locker associated with the room. Location is great. Easy to get up the hill or to walk to town. We had to ask for a safe to be installed— was done before we finished breakfast—super responsive. Worth the money. "

"We spent 7 days at this residence and had a lovely time. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our stay. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to the children’s ski school and the Prarion gondola. We also appreciated the parking flexibility, with free outdoor spots behind the hotel or the option to rent a space in the underground garage. Our apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen and bathroom, making it perfect for traveling with a child. We also had a beautiful mountain view from our window. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with our family! The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of an issue on our first day. We were initially placed in the Quartz building, where there was a very unpleasant smell, like a blocked drain. However, the staff moved us to an apartment in Opale Blanche, which was fantastic and had no issues at all. Had we stayed in the odor-free room from the start, this would have been a definite 5-star experience. Overall, we would still recommend it for a ski holiday!"

Suffisamment spacieux et très cosy. Le charme d'un chalet avec du confort. Pour plus que 4 personnes, l'espace pour manger est limité. Je pense qu'une table pliable d'appoint (pour 2 personnes) serait pas mal.2 places pour se garer à l'extérieurChien accepté, ce qui n'est pas facile à trouver.Un rapport Q/P vraiment très bon pour la région et la période.Logement très propre.Si nous repassons, nous reviendrons et nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. "lovely view from our two bedroom room. Only issue is the spa was supposed to be for 16 years and up, and it was always full of kids. The hot tub, sauna, steam room and no one there to enforce the rules and having kids with diapers on in the hot tub was disgusting. "

"The house was perfect for a family getaway over Christmas! Cozy and quaint nestled in the alps with beautiful views. Perfect for two families and kids. We enjoyed the pool and sauna after a day of walking around Chamonix or skiing. Christophe answered any questions we had and was very welcoming!"
