Villa Pratovecchio - Stia ,Tuscany

Independent modern-design villa with private swimming pool situated in a residential area in the small town of Pratovecchio.

This spacious property offers welcoming interiors and a large furnished garden with a nice pool. The location allows easy access to the National Preserve of Casentino, to Mount Falterona (where the Arno river is originate) as well as the beautiful art cities of the region such as Arezzo and Florence, both within 45 km.

At guests’ disposal: large furnished, fenced-in garden with lawn, terraces and a nice private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 15/04 to 15/10), open-air shower (warm water) near the pool, barbecue.
Parking within the grounds.

Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 50,- / per week (payment on site).

Distances: Pratovecchio with general stores and train station is within walking distance, 500 meters away, Poppi (with golf course) 6 km, the lovely town of Arezzo 40 km away, Florence (airport) 45 km away.

The access to the villa is through the garden via a large staircase leading to a furnished covered terrace.
Ground floor: living-room with fireplace and TV area (satellite TV), double bedroom, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
3 steps lower: dining-room with access on to a terrace, kitchen (oven, freezer, toaster), laundry (washing-machine).
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
Two extra beds are available free of charge (for a total of 10 people).
