A second house, belonging to the owners, sits on the same estate with its own 6000m² park and pool. Though the entrance is shared, each home enjoys complete privacy with separate infrastructure and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for a peaceful family holiday.

    Located at the village entrance, the home provides direct access via a private path to the heart of the village. Within walking distance, you'll find the delightful restaurant and grocery store "Terre Gourmande," perfect for enjoying local cuisine and picking up fresh regional products. The property also includes a secure private car park with an electric gate, ensuring both convenience and safety.

    Inside, the vaulted parental suite—accessible from outside just 4 meters away—offers a quiet sanctuary for couples. A cozy lounge area and nearby pool access (6 meters) enhance the comfort.
